CONTROLES
El área de control del motor varía según el tipo de motor. Consulte las
figuras a continuación para determinar el tipo de control del motor
cuando lea la sección Operación y otras secciones en este manual.
COMPROBACIONES ANTES DE LA OPERACIÓN
¿EL MOTOR ESTÁ LISTO PARA PARTIR?
Para su seguridad, y para maximizar la vida útil del equipo, es muy
importante tomarse unos minutos antes de operar el motor para
comprobar su condición. Asegúrese de ocuparse de cualquier
problema que encuentre, o haga que el servicio técnico de su
concesionario lo corrija, antes de operar el motor.
Antes de comenzar sus comprobaciones previas a la operación,
asegúrese de que el motor esté nivelado, y de que la palanca de
freno del volante (tipo 2: palanca del acelerador, tipo 4: interruptor de
paro del motor) está en la posición de PARADA o APAGADO (OFF).
Siempre compruebe los siguientes puntos antes de arrancar el motor:
1. Nivel de combustible (consulte la página 7).
2. Nivel de aceite (consulte la página 7).
3. Filtro de aire (consulte la página 8).
4. Inspección general: Compruebe si hay pérdidas de combustible o
piezas dañadas.
5. Compruebe el estado del equipo propulsado por este motor.
Revise las instrucciones que vienen con el equipo propulsado por
este motor por si hay cualquier precaución o procedimientos que
se deban seguir antes de arrancar el motor.
OPERACIÓN
PRECAUCIONES DE MANEJO SEGURO
Antes de arrancar el motor por primera vez, revise la sección
INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD en la página 1 y las
COMPROBACIONES ANTES DE LA OPERACIÓN arriba.
Revise las instrucciones que vienen con el equipo propulsado por
este motor por si se debe tomar cualquier precaución de seguridad
respecto del arranque, el apagado y la operación del motor.
