Manufacturer‘s Warranty
We are pleased that you decided purchasing a product of our house and wish you a lot of fun and joy
with this high quality product. Our strict production control ensures the high quality of our equipment.
In case you still have a legitimate complaint, we provide a warranty for the duration of
3 Years
from the date of purchase to the following conditions:
This warranty declaration does not limit your statutory warranty rights as a consumer against the seller
of the device. Our warranty is only valid for the private use of the device and is limited to the territory of
the Federal Republic of Germany.
The warranty period is 3 years from date of purchase.
At the discretion of HOME ELECTRIC, the device will be repaired or replaced or defective parts are
replaced. Other claims are excluded.
If you have questions about HOME ELECTRIC products, save yourself the time-consuming way to the
retailer and turn directly to our service hotline or our Service Center. A team of highly qualified product
consultants and technicians is available to you Monday through Friday from 10am - 6pm.
