If you want to do spook on your own:
You can compete against Chilly Shivers. The same rules as in the
basic game apply, except for the following changes:
•Sort out the paintings of the eight inhabitants behind the
big tower window and place them face down in the center
of the table.
•The remaining eight paintings are placed face up in a row at
the edge of the table with Chilly Shivers in front of the first one.
• Now you have to search for the painting which corresponds
to the inhabitant in the window. If you uncover the right
painting, you can place it face up in front of you. If it is
not right, however, Chilly Shivers moves along one painting
in the row.
• If Chilly Shivers appears on the die, you move the ghost back
one painting.
• If an inhabitant you had discovered already appears in the
window, you roll the die again.
The game is over, when
• Chilly Shivers reaches the eighth and last painting thus
winning over you.
