When putting on the belt, al

ways remember:
• To place the large belt ONLY
on your abdomen, obliques and
lower back.
• To place the small belt ONLY
on the areas indicated below.
• Not to place the belt on your
neck, on your chest or on your
back in such a way that elec

tricity passes through your heart
(e.g. an electrode on your chest
and another on your back), geni
-
tals, scars, moles, varicose veins
or head.
• Not to place the belt on recent
scars, inamed skin, infected
areas or areas that are suscepti
-
ble to acne, thrombosis or other
vascular problems (e.g. varicose
veins), or any part of your body
with limited sensitivity.
• Do not place on areas with
injuries or limited mobility (e.g.
fractures or sprains).
• Not to place the belt directly
on metal implants. Place on the
closest muscle.
Possible Adverse Reactions
There have been isolated reports
of skin reactions caused by the
use of electro-stimulation devic
-
es, including allergies, prolonged
skin redness and acne. If any of
these symptoms occur, switch
off the device and consult your
doctor.
If you have never exercised
before or have not exercised
for a long time:
Consult your general practition

Precautions:

ABS Platinum if you are drowsy
or while sleeping.
Do not use Gymform® Total
ABS Platinum if your body is in
contact with water.

Do not use Gymform® Total

• Do not connect the metal snap
fasteners or electrodes to any
other object.
• Do not modify the device.
• Use only the electrodes sup

• Do not attach two electrodes
together.
• If any of the electrodes is not
attached properly, you will notice
an itching sensation.

  • Weet iemand of ik mn gym abs platinum kan resetten op 1 of andere manier.
    Ik heb hem een tijdje niet meer gebruikt .
    Wil hem weer gaan gebruiken alle lampjes branden maar krijg hem niet aan de praat .
    Ik weet ik heb vroeger ook een abtronic gehad daar ging dat bij met een paperclip. Zou graag willen weten of hier ook een foefje voor is . Bvd Gesteld op 27-8-2023 om 20:43

  • Moet je het voelen trillen?
    Ik zet hem op, druk op mode tot het gepaste programma gaat oplichten en moet je dan nog ergens op duwen, want ik voel ik trillingen, of moet je dit niet voelen? Gesteld op 24-7-2023 om 11:48

  • Ik heb de gym total abs gekocht.
    Alles juist gedaan volgens de handleiding
    maar ik krijg geen trillend effect.
    Programma instellen lukt wel maar het trilt niet bij mij.
