Alarm settings
You can select four different alarm times. You can choose whether you
want to be woken by the radio or by an alarm tone. The alarm can go off
once (»œOnce æ«), every day (»œDaily æ«), on weekdays
(»œWeekdays æ«) or at the weekend (»œWeekend æ«). The device has
a built-in memory chip; if the power supply is interrupted, the chip stores all
alarm settings until the power returns.
Note:
If no button is pushed for more than 5 seconds during the setting mode, the
device automatically quits the mode. Press »MENU« to exit the alarm
menu.
Setting the alarm times and wake-up days
1 Press »ALARM« to open the alarm menu.
– Display: »Alarm settings«, and under it »
œSet alarm æ«.
2 Press »SELECT«.
– Display: »Alarm not in use«, if no alarm time 1 is set.
3 Select the alarm time (from »1« to »4«) with »
ɶ TUNING ʺ« and press
»SELECT« to confirm.
– Display: the current alarm time.
4 Press »
ɶ TUNING ʺ« to set the hours and press »SELECT« to confirm.
5 Press »
ɶ TUNING ʺ« to set the minutes and press »SELECT« to confirm.
– Display: »Set alarm days«, and under it »œWeekdays æ«.
6 Select an option (»
œWeekdays æ« = Monday - Friday, »œWeekend æ«
= Saturday - Sunday, »œOnce æ« = once or »œDaily æ« = every day)
by pressing »ɶ TUNING ʺ« and press »SELECT« to confirm.
– »Alarm to«, and under it »œDAB æ«.
