Creating a track memory
You can create a track memory of up to 32 files on different albums (MP3)
or up to 32 tracks (CD-DA) for the current CD in any order you choose and
then play them back in that sequence. A file or track may be stored more
than once.
Selecting and storing files (MP3 only)
1 Place a CD in the CD compartment.
Notes:
The device must be in the STOP position.
When setting the time, if no button is pushed for more than 10 seconds,
the system will end the procedure automatically. You then have to start
over.
2 Press »PROG/RANDOM/TIME« to select the function.
– Display: »MP3 00« and »P-01«. »PROG« flashes.
3 Select the album by pressing »R-SKIP
8« or »F-SKIP 9«.
– Display: e.g. »MP3 «, »03« (for the selected album) and »PROG«
flash, »P-0I« (memory position).
4 Press »PROG/RANDOM/TIME« to confirm your entry.
– Display: the files »001« and »PROG« flash.
5 Select the file you want by pressing »R-SKIP
8« or »F-SKIP 9«.
– Display: e.g. »MP3 «, »023« (for the selected album) and
»PROG« flash.
6 Press »PROG/RANDOM/TIME« to confirm your entry.
– Display: »00« and »P-02«. »PROG« flashes.
7 Select a new album by pressing »R-SKIP
8« or »F-SKIP 9« and
then press »PROG/RANDOM/TIME« to confirm.
8 To store more albums or files, repeat steps »5« to »7«.

– Display: the memory position; »TR 00«, »P-02« (memory position),
»PROG« flashes again.
5 To store more tracks, repeat steps 3 and 4.
