The EURO-AV sockets »TV« and »VCR AUX«
The two EURO-AV sockets are located at the back of the satellite receiver.
The satellite receiver emits via the two EURO-AV sockets »TV « and »VCR AUX«
the video and audio signals received via the satellite antenna.
1 Switch the satellite receiver on
using the »
ǼǼ
« button on its front panel or
on
the remote control.
2 Using the »PERI« button on the remote control you may switch between the
operting modes SAT, TV and VCR.
– The selected mode »SAT« or »TV« or »VCR« is briefly displayed on the
picture screen.
– If the »TV« mode is selected, the green pilot lamp on the front panel of the
satellite receiver lights up.
»SA
T« mode:
This is the mode provided for the reception of satellite channels.
At Pin 8 of the EURO-AV sockets »TV « and »VCR AUX« of the satellite recei-
ver a switching voltage is emitted.
The video and audio signal of the received satellite program is passed via the
EURO-AV socket »TV « to the TV set.
»TV
« mode:
This is the normal TV mode, the green pilot lamp on the front panel of the
satellite receiver lights up.
At Pin 8 of the EURO-AV socket »TV « of the satellite receiver no
switching
voltage is emitted.
