Special features for using several
handsets
Calling from one handset to another –
internal calls
You can make internal calls free of charge.
1 On the first handset, press and hold down »#
INT.«.
– Display: »Internal Call« and the number (1-5) of
the available handset.
2 Select the handset with »1« to »5«.
3 On the second handset, accept the call with » «.
4 Press » « to end the call,
or
replace the handset in the base station.
Transferring a call
You can transfer an external call on your handset to
another handset.
1 Press »#
INT.« and hold down for two seconds
during the call.
– Display: »Internal Call«, the external caller is on
hold.
2 Select the handset with »1« to »5«.
– You can hear the internal ring.
3 Announce the call and transfer with » «.
Note:
If there is no reply on the handset, press »#
INT.«
again to return to the external caller.
Call waiting
During an internal call, an incoming external call is
shown as “Call waiting”.
If the CLIP function is activated, the phone number of
the caller is displayed.
You can switch the external caller over to an internal
call (Conference) or switch between both callers.
