6. Position the rotary spit in the oven now: An opening is located in the centre of the
inside wall on the right hand of the oven. Insert the tip of the spit here. Afterwards,
place the free end of the spit in the holder on the left oven inner wall.
7. Close the oven glass door.
8. Set the TEMP temperature control to the desired temperature. Turn it clockwise for
this purpose.
9. Turn the FUNKTION operating switch clockwise to

10. To start baking, set the desired time using the TIMER (no more than 120 minutes)
or set the TIMER to AN, the oven will permanent stay on. The control lights will be
illuminated after setting the timer.
11. Once the set time has expired, a sound will be emitted and the device will automatically
stop the heat supply. Turn all switches to MIN or AUS afterwards.
12. If you set the TIMER to AN or if you would like to stop the baking process prematurely,
turn the timer to the AUS position to switch off the device. Then also turn all switches
to MIN or AUS.
13. Open the door and carefully remove the spit from the holder using the grip and from
the opening afterwards.
Attention! Burn hazard attributed to hot spit! Never touch the hot spit with
bare hands after removing it from the oven. Wear kitchen gloves instead!
14. Place the food on a plate, loosen the eye bolts on the spit and pull the spit out.
15. Let the oven, the baking sheet and the spit cool off. Then clean all parts (see chapter
“Cleaning”). Do not allow any leftover food to dry on the appliance.
Baking with the pizza stone
1. Open the glass door and slide the grate into the bottom, middle or top rail as required.
2. Place the foods on the pizza stone and position it on the grate in the oven. Then close
the glass door.
3. Set the TEMP temperature control to the desired temperature. Turn it clockwise for
this purpose.
4. Turn the FUNKTION operating switch clockwise to the desired function.
5. To start baking, set the desired time using the TIMER (no more than 120 minutes)
or set the TIMER to AN, the oven will permanent stay on.
