SELF-POWERED ENCODED SIREN 7125TNC
DESCRIPTION
THE SELF-POWERED ELECTRONIC SIREN 7125TNC IS A HIGH-POWERED SOUND SIGNAL LING DEVICE
DESIGNED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT OF VEHICLES. IT MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE
ALARM CONTROL UNIT BY MEANS OF THE WIRING HARNESS SUPPLIED IN THE KIT.
TO INSTALL THE SIREN, USE THE BRACKET AND SCREWS SUPPLIED WITH IT. FOLLOW THE ASSEMBLY
DIAGRAM. SECURE UNIT TO AN UNYIELDING PART OF THE CAR AT A SUFFICIENT DISTANCE FROM HEAT
SOURCES.
OPERATION
The self-powered electronic siren 7125TNC has an internal self -powering device which guarantees
operation in a power outage or if the wires connecting to the control unit are cut.
By means of the encoded system of communication between alarm and siren, the alarm activates and
deactivates the siren battery charging and self-powering functions.
The internal battery is charged only with the alarm system Off and is interrupted automatically upon
reaching a predetermined charge level.
The self-powering unit, however, is activated only with the alarm system ON and it remains activate for
approximately 3 minutes after alarm deactivation.
Therefore, after deactivating the alarm wait at least three minutes before disconnecting the siren.
CONNECTIONS
Connect the BLACK wire marked with RB to the positive pole of the vehicle battery.
Connect the BLACK wire marked with MB to the negative pole of the vehicle battery.
Connect the BLACK wire marked with L to the BLUE wire from the alarm control unit.
Connect the BLACK wire marked with S to the PINK wire from the alarm control unit.
NB: Before powering the siren, make sure all the connections have been made.
INSTALLATION
Use the bracket and screws supplied with the kit to fit the siren in the engine compartment.
Use an 8 mm wrench to tighten the nuts.
Install the siren at some distance from sources of heat or areas where there might be stagnant water.
Arrange the horn with the opening facing down.
Protect wires from water and humidity by insulating the connection points and using protective
sheaths.
Make sure the rubber casing adheres properly to the siren before fastening the screws.
IF YOU WANT TO WASH THE ENGINE, DO NOT AIM THE WATER JET AT THE SIREN .
ELECTRONIC SIREN 7147
DESCRIPTION
ELECTRONIC SIREN 7147 IS A HIGH -POWER SOUND SIGNALLING DEVICE DESIGNED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
ENGINE COMPARTMENT. IT IS CONNECTED TO THE ALARM CONTROL UNIT BY MEANS OF TWO WIRES ONLY.
CONNECTIONS
Connect the Red wire to the positive pole of the vehicle battery.
Connect the Black wire to the YELLOW-BLACK wire of the alarm control unit.
ASSEMBLY
Use the bracket and screws supplied with the kit to install the siren in the engine compartment.
Use an 8 mm wrench to tighten the nuts.
Install the siren at some distance from sources of heat or areas where there might be stagnant water.
Arrange the horn with the opening facing down.
