USAGE:
For easy trimming of hedges, the
handle can be turned 90° to the
right or left.
Do not operate the
throttle stick during
this procedure!
Proceed as follows:
1. Release the handle by pressing the locking lever.
2. Turn the handle until the locking lever audibly engages.
3. When the grab handle is locked in its new position, the throttle can be operated
again.

o (2) locking lever
4. Only apply sufficient gas as required for the use of the device. Excessive engine
speeds are not required.
o Avoid cutting thicker branches as this may damage the cutters and
shorten the life of the drive system.
o If the device is held at an angle of 5°-10° to the object to be cut, the work
can be performed more easily and the cutting becomes more attractive.
o Always hold the body on the carburettor side of the device, never on the
exhaust side.
o When a new piece of device is used for the first time, grease may leak out
of the gear case during the first few minutes. Since this is excess grease,
there is no reason for concern. Just wipe it off when you stop the device
again.
