Rengøring
Rengør regelmæssigt maskinkappen med en blød klud, helst efter hvert brug. Sørg for at
bestilles.
Miljø
For at undgå transportbeskadigelse leveres maskinen i en solid emballage. Emballagen er så
vidt muligt lavet af genbrugsmateriale. Genbrug derfor emballagen.
Defekte og/eller kasserede elektriske eller elektroniske maskiner skal afleveres på
en genbrugsplads.

• Cutting actions tends to slow the blade down. Pressure should therefore be occasionally
released to allow the blade to regain the full speed.
Warning! Do not attempt topick up an off-cut or to remove the holding workpiece
before the cutting blade has completely stopped. If holding the workpiece by hand
take extreme care and ensure hand is kept away from the cutting blade.
Changing cutting blade
Fig.1 - 2
Warning! To avoid injury from accidental starting, always turn the switch off “0” and
remove the power plug from the power source before changing the blade.
• Remove the safety cover (9, Fig. 1).
• Use correctly sized open-ended spanners to loosen the (left-handed thread) nut (1, Fig. 2).
• Remove the outer flange (2, Fig. 2), then the saw blade (3, Fig. 2).
• When fitting the new blade, note the correct direction of rotation: the points on the saw
blade and on the safety cover (9, Fig. 1) must face the same direction.
• Re-fit the outer flange, and then tighten the nut firmly (Fig. 2).
Remark
• Inspect the new saw blade for nicks and other visible damage. In the event it is damaged,
remove the saw blade.
• Hold the shaft using a smaller spanner, and tighten the nut firmly, using a larger open-ended
spanner.
5. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out maintenance work on the
motor.
The machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and
regular cleaning.
Cleaning
Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine.
Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the
ventilation slots free from dust and dirt.
If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents
such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the plastic parts.
Lubrication
The machine requiers no additional lubrication.
