1. Download the app
Download the Tuya app from the internet.
2. Registration
1. Click on "create new account" to open the registration page
2. The system will automatically determine the current country / region. You can
also country / region manually select the mobile phone or the Enter email address and
click Next.
3. If you enter the mobile number, enter the verification code received by the
mobile phone, enter the password and click "OK" to register .
4. If you enter the email address, enter the password on the page and click "OK"
to register
3. Log in / Retrieve password
Account + password login
If you have already registered your APP account, click on "Login with existing account" to open
the login page
1. The system automatically assesses the current country / region, or you can select a
country / region manually.
2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address, enter your password and log in
to the system
4. Mobile number + verification code login
1. Click on "Login verification code " to open the new page .
2. The system automatically assesses the current country / region, or you can
manually select a country / region.
3. Enter the mobile number and click on the "Get" button to retrieve the
verification code. Enter the verification code and click on the "verify and log in" button
to log in to the system
5. Forgot password
When your password from the password APP are, you can reset the password
1. Click on "forgot password"
2. The system automatically assesses the current country / region. You can also
manually select the country / region, enter your registered mobile phone number
or email address and click on next .
3. V ul verification code received via mobile phone or e-mail, enter the new
password and click "Confirm"
6. Family / member management
1. After logging in, click on "Start your smart life" to open the "add family" page
2. "Family name" can be entered manually from the definition and "family location" can
be clicked to open the map page. You can move the family coordinate point to change the
address manually and then click "confirm" after confirming the address .
3. Click on "add other rooms" to add. Click "complete" in the upper right corner to
complete the room setting. After that, you can also change the room at any time and click
the button on the "my home" page.
