23. Do not turn on the appliance if you have discovered damage to the appliance itself,
the cord or the plug, if the appliance is malfunctioning, if it has been dropped or if
there are any other signs of a defect. Return the complete product to the vendor or to
a certified electrician for inspection and/or repair. Always ask for the original parts.
24. Do not use any additives / accessories on the stove that are not recommended or
supplied by the manufacturer.
25. The heater and Smart Plug Control panel (incl. cord and plug) may only be opened
and/or repaired by properly authorised and qualified persons.
26. Only use this heater for its intended purpose and as described in this instruction
manual.
27. Never remove the Smart plug operation panel from the socket if the heating
panel is on. The heating panel then has no contact with the thermostat sensor
and will just carry on heating! The timer will also not work because the timer
data is saved in the Smart plug operation panel.
Not abiding by the instructions may lead to damage, fire and/or personal injuries. A
failure to adhere to these rules also immediately nullifies the guarantee and vendor,
importer and/or manufacturer do not take responsibility for any of the consequences!
Description, Composition and Installation
Do not use the heating panel until it has been properly installed, as described in
these instructions for use and never, for example, in a standing position or when
leaning against something or lying down!
The heating panel has an in-built thermostat receiver on the back. This receiver is
operated by the separate plug control panel, the so-called ‘Smart Plug’ which allows you
to operate the heating panel easily. The heating panel can also be operated using the
Eurom Smart App when the Smart Plug is connected with a WiFi modem. See inside the
back of this booklet for instructions on how to install the app.
Remove all packaging material and keep out of reach of children.
After removing packaging, check the appliance for damage or other signs that could
indicate a fault/defect/malfunction. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance, but
contact your vendor for inspection or replacement.
The attachment materials supplied should be used on a sturdy ceiling. If you use
another surface, you must select the appropriate attachment materials and make sure
the panel is secured properly.
The heating panel must be hung from the ceiling. The minimum distance from the
bottom of the heating panel to the floor must be 185 cm.
The heating panel should preferably be placed near an electric connection point and
connected into this. This connection may only be created by a qualified electrician and
will not therefore be described in this booklet.
For safety reasons, this booklet assumes the use of a plug; sections about the plug are,
however, irrelevant if there is a fixed connection point. The electrical connection must
always be earthed and secured with 1 30 mA earth leakage circuit breaker.
