choice! We hope you will be satisfied about its functioning.
To get maximum profit from your infra red heater, it is important to read this manual
attentive and totally before use, and to understand what is written. Read especially the
safety instructions: they are there to protect you and your environment.
Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference. Store also the package: that is the
best protection for your heater in times of no-use. And if you at any time pass the
appliance on, pass on the manual and package too.
INTRODUCTION
Your EUROM GOLDEN 2000 AMBER FOCUS infra red heater warms up not primarily the
air in the room, but all objects before the heater. By means of that your infra red heater
is effective and very qualified to be used in the open air as well.
The EUROM GOLDEN 2000 AMBER FOCUS has some serious pré’s:
- high degree of water tightness (totally dust- and watertight, IP65)
- the special 2000W Golden Amber ULG lamp: a superior lamp that emits more heat but
less light and has an expected lifecycle of 8,000 hours. Under normal circumstances it
will not be necessary to change the lamp.

Use the infra red heater for the objective for which it is made: to heat a room or terrace.
Don’t hang p.e. wet textile over the lamp to dry, but always notice the minimum
distances to the equipment.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons etc. For this reason, read the
safety instructions, but also the assembly and operating instructions conscientiously
before operating the appliance.
Check (before use) if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the tension
of the electric point to which you want to connect it. The power supply should
correspond to the relevant regulations and the national instructions. Use only an
undamaged and grounded socket that is safeguarded with a 30 mA earth leakage
circuit breaker.
If possible, avoid the use of an extension cable or junction boxes. Extension cords and
multi-sockets may be used only if care is exercised in their use. The marked electric
rating of the extension cord or multi-socket should have adequate current carrying-
capacity and their marked electric rating should correspond to that of the appliance(s)
you want to connect. If you use a cordreel, unwind the cord than totally!
Make sure that the cord not hangs over (sharp) edges, not makes strong curves, not
can be pulled along and not touches hot surfaces. Fully extend the cord before
