5) Unplug the appliance. While pressing the eject button, pull out the beaters/dough hooks.
Caution:
Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat. After 5 minutes continuous use,
allow the mixer to rest a few minutes before next use. Do not allow the mixer to operate more than 5
minutes at one time.
To prevent spattering, keep the beaters in mixture and always switch the mixer off before lifting the
beaters from the mixture.
To avoid unnecessary strain on the motor, do not use mixer for any mixture in which the beaters /dough
hooks do not revolve freely.
Operating hints:
Most recipes provide the required time and speed needed.
SPEED 1-2: For mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and cream into mixtures,
stirring gravies and sauces and mashing vegetables.
SPEED3-4: For mixing cake mixes, puddings or batters. For using the dough hooks when mixing dough or
heavier cake mixes. For creaming together shortening and sugar.
SPEED 5: For whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk, egg whites or whole eggs. For mixing minced
meat or kneading heavy dough.
3. Pureeing
1) Insert the stick mixer attachment into the motor unit by opening the cover of the mounting hole; turn until
it locks. Plug in.
2) Turn the speed control knob to your desired setting. Press and hold the on/off switch to start working.
3) The appliance blends and mixes fast and easily. Use it to make sauces, soups, mayonnaise, purees, dietary
and baby food, mixed drinks or cocktails; you can operate the appliance just as well in any bowl, and pan
or other container too. If you want to blend directly in the saucepan, you should take the saucepan away
from the stove first and let it cool down slightly.
4) To avoid splashing, insert the stick blender into the vessel first, and then choose the speed.
Caution: Do not continuously operate the appliance too long. The motor may overheat. Do not allow the
appliance to operate more than 1 minutes at one time. It should rest 30 seconds after 1 minute working.
Note: Never wash the motor unit in water. Make sure the cord is removed from electrical outlet before
taking out accessories from the motor part.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning switch off and unplug the cord from the eclectrical outlet.
2. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as electrical shock may
occur.
3. Wash the chopper cover and bowl in warm soapy water. Wipe with a damp cloth. Take out blade, wash it
under running water. Caution: Blade is every sharp, handle with care.
4. Clean the beaters / dough hooks and the shaft under running water or in a dishwasher. Rinse and dry.
Don’t touch the shape blades.
