  • Bij het bakken van 'n cake stel ik de boven- en onderwarmte in, temperatuur op 140 gr. Binnnen de kortste keren (15 min.) is de bovenkant verbrand terwijl de cake in het geheel nauwelijks gebakken is. Wat doe ik verkeerd ? Gesteld op 19-2-2019 om 13:39

    • Hallo dit is ook mijn vraag. Cake is nooit naar behoren maar een platte cake. Hoe stel ik de juiste temperatuur in zodat er wel een normale hoogte van een cake uit komt? Geantwoord op 21-2-2021 om 11:36
