avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to
follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating
label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the maximum usage time).
The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLING THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS (see page 3)
• Make sure that the on/off and speed switch (2) is in "0" position so that the appliance is
switched off and also make sure that the appliance is unplugged.
• Beaters/Hooks: Insert the beaters (9) or hooks (11) under the body of the mixer and turn
slightly until you hear a clicking sound. Pull gently at the accessories to check if they have
been properly mounted.
• When mounting the hooks, watch the mark at the openings. Spiky circle – dough hook
with ring (see mounting on page 3). This way, no dough gets sucked into the appliance.
• Press the ejection button (4) on top of the mixer to release the accessories.
Assembling the mixer on the base and bowl
• Make sure that the appliance is switched off and unplugged from the power supply.
• You have to assemble the beaters/dough hooks before starting the appliance.
• Beaters/dough hooks: put either the beaters (9) or the dough hooks (11) into the
propulsion openings and turn them slightly until they click into place. Pull gently at the
accessories to check if they have been properly mounted.
• Put the arm of the base in horizontal position and slot the appliance into it. By pushing on
the back of the appliance, the appliance can be fixed tightly onto the arm of the base.
• You can now plug in the appliance and select a low speed. The bowl turns automatically.
• Unplug the appliance when you want to disassemble the appliance from the base.
• You can take the appliance from the base by pressing the release button (7) and tilting
the appliance slightly.
SPEED SETTINGS
Speeds: 0 OFF
1-2 Dry ingredients: butter, potatoes, flour
2-3 Liquids, sauces, spices
3-4 Dough: cake, biscuits; desserts (creams)
4-5 Egg white, whipped cream
To use the appliance punctually at maximum speed, press the turbo switch (only when the
speed switch is in position 1 to 5)
Assembling the stick attachment
• Place the switch to the position “0” and unplug the appliance.
• Pay attention that the other accessories are to be removed from the appliance.
• Open the valve on the back side of the appliance by sliding the valve upwards. Then you
will see the opening for the stick attachment.
