• Ceramic components assembly
The ceramic components are delivered in a
cardboard box and are composed of:
6 side tiles (54)
2 panels (22)
1 top panel (24)
1 top (28)
Unscrew the rear (54) and the 2 bars (74) and insert the tiles (57) on the right-hand-side.
The tiles, made through casting, could result with slightly different heights from one another.
If so, you can use the rubber bungs provided, which do not affect in any way the aesthetics of the stove.
Insert 3 rubber bungs (58) between one tile and the other starting from the base, then mount the bar (74) back on. Repeat the same
operation on the other side.
Insert
and seal it with silicone.
Place the top (28). Place the second front panel (22) and x it with the two screws provided as shown in detail ”X”
NOTE: the red crystal varnish applied on the majolica cracks evenly on the whole surface.
These cracks are not a fault but a feature of the varnish applied on majolica known as “craclè”.
The ceramic (majolica) components are manually cast and varnished and therefore, can present little imperfections (small depression
or porosity of the varnish) that however do not affect their quality being an evidence of valuable handicrafts production.
