1. Application
The desktop charger DCH is a station for charging one intrinsically safe mobile phone
and one spare battery. You can charge the mobile phone or battery individually or char-
ge both devices at the same time without increase of charging time.
All of the following devices and batteries may be charged:
Mobile phones:
Ex-Handy 08, Ex-Handy 08 LWP, Ex-Handy 07, Ex-Handy 07 LWP, Ex-HSPA 08, Ex-
HSPA 08 LWP Ex-GSM 07 and all complimentary generic devices.
Batteries:
Ex-BPH 08 SC/HC, Ex-BPH 07 SC/HC, Ex-BPH 28, Ex-BPG 07 and all complimentary
generic device’s batteries.
2. Safety precautions
These operating instructions contain information and safety regulations are to be ob-
served, without fail, for safe operation in the described conditions. Non-compliance
with this information and these instructions can have serious consequences or it may
violate regulations. Please read these operating instructions carefully before first use of
the cradle. In case of any doubt (in the form of translation or printing errors) the English
version shall apply.
3. Faults and damage
If there is any reason to suspect that the safety of the cradle has been impaired, it must
be withdrawn from use. Measures must be taken to prevent it from being used again
accidentally.
The safety of the cradle may be compromised, if, for example:
- There is visible damage to the housing that compromises its integrity.
- The unit has been subjected to excessive loads.
- The unit has been improperly stored.
- The unit has been damaged in transit.
- Malfunctions occur.
- Permitted limit values have been exceeded.
