Base Unit PIN Code
The base unit PIN code is a four-digit code that you can set yourself. It protects
against unauthorised use of certain functions.
1. Press MENU.
2. Scroll to SYSTEM. Press OK.
3. Scroll to CHANGE PIN? Press OK.
4. Enter the present PIN code (0000 at default).
5. Enter the new code.
6. Conrm by entering the new code again. Press OK.
De-register a Handset
Any handset can be easily be de-registered from a base unit.
Deregistration means that the handset number of the selected handset is erased
from the list of registered handsets.
Note: It is not recommended that you do not deregister the master handset (handset 1)
1. Press MENU.
2. Scroll to SYSTEM. Press OK.
3. Scroll to DE-REGISTER. Press OK.
4. Enter the base unit PIN code (0000 at default).
5. Select the handset to be de-registered by pressing the corresponding number
button.
Base Unit Ring Signal (DECT 360, only)
The ring signal of the base unit can be switched on or off.
1. Press MENU.
2. Scroll to SYSTEM. Press OK.
3. Scroll to BASE RINGER. Press OK.
4. Scroll to preferred setting (ON/OFF).
5. Press OK to store.
