the independent scienc org anizaon ICNIRP (Internaonal
Commission of Non-Ionizing Radiaon Protecon).
The radio wa ve e xposure guidelines use a unit of measuremen t
known as the Specic Absorpon Rate, or S AR. The SAR limit
for mobile devices is 2 W/kg a ver aged over 10 gr ams of ssue
and include a substan al safe ty margin designed to assur e the
safe ty of all persons, reg ardless of age and health.
T ests f or SAR are c onducted using standar d opera ng posions

ICNIRP guidelines for this device model ar e:
Head SAR: 0.801 W/kg
Body SAR: 0.514 W/kg
During normal use, the SAR values f or this device are usually
well below the values s tat ed above. This is because, f or
purposes of sys tem eciency and to minimiz e interference
on the network, the output power of y our mobile device is
automacally decr eased when full power is not needed f or the
call. The lower the power output of the de vice, the lower its
SAR value.

the head or when posioned at least 0.5 cm aw ay fr om the
body . When a carry case, belt clip or other form of device
holder is used for body -worn oper aon, it should not cont ain
metal and should pro vide at least the abov e stat ed separa on
