4 / MAINTAINING AND CLEANING YOUR OVEN
DESCALING THE STEAM BOILER
•
When the indicator (fig.1) flashes, you
must descale the boiler.
- Hold the “descale” button pressed for
3 seconds (fig 2).
- The drawer opens.
- Put 110 ml of white vinegar into the drawer
- Close the door manually.
- The descaling sequence starts and lasts for
30 minutes. This is indicated in the display
(fig.3)
At the end of the cycle a series of beeps
sounds and the reservoir opens
automatically.
The display indicates 00% (fig.4).
Descaling is complete.
- Now rinse.
- Fill the reservoir with water.
- Start the rinse
by pressing the button.
- Rinsing stops when the display shows 50%
(fig.5).
- Fill the reservoir with water again.
- Do a second automatic rinse.
- Rinsing stops when the display shows
100% (fig.6).
- Close the door manually. The oven is now
ready for use.
Attention
From the point where the descaling
indicator flashes, you can use the oven five
times before the Combi-Steam functions
become blocked.
To unblock the steam function, you must
descale the oven.
