USING THE DRAWER
•
— Automatic emptying
- At the end of each Combi-Steam cooking
operation, empty the reservoir.
- The display, the drawer and the indicator
light flash, telling you to empty the drawer
(fig.2).
- Press the button , and the filling drawer
opens.
- Place a bowl under the drawer to collect the
water (fig.1).
- Keep the button pressed for 3seconds
(fig.3).
- The automatic emptying cycle begins.
The display indicates the time required for
emptying, e.g. 2 min 20s (fig.4)
Emptying is complete when the display
shows 00 minutes. You can remove the bowl.
After this, close the drawer manually (fig.5).

Attention
Emptying is necessary after every Combi-Steam cooking operation. The time for the
automatic emptying cycle is approximately 3 minutes.

• Emptying the reservoir
— Manual emptying
- Open the oven door, to facilitate the
emptying of the drawer.
- Press the button , and the filling drawer
opens.
- Place a bowl under the drawer to collect the
water (fig.1).
- Hold the button pressed all through the
emptying (fig.3), approximately 3 minutes for
1 litre.
- The pump runs continuously and the water
runs out through the hole under the drawer
(fig.1).
