3. Fine adjustment jet (fig 2)
Remove the fine adjustment jet (2) from the gas block. Fit
the new fine adjustment jet and tighten firmly.
4. Soprano
Airflow regulator (fig 2)
Replace the airflow regulator (6).
5. Adjusting the burner pr
essure (fig 2, 4, 5)
Reconnect the gas supply to the heater and open the
new gas pipe.
On the gas control block is point of pressure
measurement where the burner pressure can easily be
measured with a manometer. Loosen the screw at the
point of pressure measurement (3) and connect the
manometer.
Remove the cover of the gas control block by removing
the screw (7).To convert the appliance to propane or
natural gas the burner pressure must be adjusted with
the pressure regulating screw (8) as specified in the table.
Replace the cover.
Ignite the pilot light. Set the thermostat to the highest
setting and adjust the burner pressure as specified in the
table. Check the gas tightness! Turn the burner off again,
remove the manometer and tighten the screw at the
point of pressure measurement.
Replacing the burner unit
- Slide the burner unit back into the combustion chamber
and reconnect the cables on the right.
- Finally, stick the new gas type plate on the inside of the
case.
- Reconnect the electricity supply.
- Replace the vermiculite tray.
- Close the glass pane and the front.
