If there is a problem with your cooker, check the following details before requesting service to your dealer.
Sometimes the cooker may not operate as desired if used incorrectly.
Case Check points Do the following

Is AM or PM set properly?
Did you set the reservation time over
13 hours?
Cut the power and contact customer service.
It is normal to get “ ” when putting only water.
This is only for 120V.
Is the inner pot correctly inserted in the
main body?
Is the lid handle on the top cover set to
“Lock”?
Is there hot food in the inner pot?
Micom memory is out.
Please cut the power and contact customer service
