When the button cannot
operate with
Is there inner pot?
Do you use 220V?
Please insert inner pot.
This product only uses 120V.
When
tick, tick sounds
occurs while cooking and
warming.
Is it the sound of cooking relay?
Did you wipe the moisture of bottom of
inner pot?
Is your voltage 220V?
It is normal that the “tick, tick”sound of relay is
an on and off operation.
The moisture of the bottom of the inner pot
may cause “tick, tick” sound.
Please wipe the moisture.
This product have to use 120V.
Consult the service center and dealer.
