Phone won't switch on

Press the on/o button for at least two seconds.

Charge the battery. Check the charge indicator on the screen.
Charging error

The external temperature is too low or too high. Charge the battery.
■
Make sure you charge the phone at a normal temperature.
■
Check the charger and its connection to the phone.
■
Plug the phone into a dierent electric socket.
■
Check that the charger isn’t faulty. If this is the case, replace it.
■
Use only authentic accessories.
Impossible to receive or send SMS and photos
Check that there is enough remaining storage space. Delete some messages from
your phone.
Impossible to open files
Check that the file formats are supported.
The screen won’t light up when you receive a call.
■
If you use a protective case or band, check that it doesn't cover the space
around the light sensor.
■
Make sure that the space around the light sensor is clean.
