ein hochwertiges Produkt entschieden. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil dieses
Prod ukt es . S ie enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Sicherheit, Montage und Entsorgung. Ma-
chen Sie sich vor der Benutzung des Produktes mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinw eisen ver-
traut. Benutzen Sie das Pr odukt nur wie beschrieben und für die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche.

1.1 Bestimmungsgemäße V erwendung
Das Produkt ist zur Fahrbahnausleuchtung beim F ahrradfahren geeignet. Das LED-Fahrr adleuchten-
Set ist für alle Fahrräder als alleinige Beleuchtung zugelassen. Der Lichtk egel darf durch keine
anderen Fahrr adteile oder Gepäckstücke behindert werden. Das Pr odukt ist zur Anw endung im
Auße nberei ch b esti mmt. Ein e and ere Ver wendung als zuvor beschrieben oder eine V eränderung
des Produktes ist nicht zulässig und k ann zu V erletzungen und Beschädigungen des Produktes führen.
Für aus unsachgemäßer V er wendung entstandene Schäden übernimmt der Hersteller k eine Haftung.
Das Produkt ist nicht für den gew erblichen Einsatz bestimmt.
7.2 Extent of warrant y
The product was car efully manufactured according to strict quality guidelines and diligently in-
spected prior to shipment. The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This war-
ranty does not apply to product parts subject to regular wear and therefor e considered wear
parts or damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches,
rechargeable batteries, or made from g lass. This warranty becomes void if the device has been
damaged or improperly used or maintained. Proper use of the pr oduct requires strictly observing
all instructions for use.
Purposes and practices which the operating instructions warn of or advise against must be
avoided without fail. This product is only intended for priv ate, non-commercial use. An y incor-
rect or improper use of the de vice, use of force and changes not performed by our authorized
service branch will void the warranty.
Please follow the instructions below to ensur e your claim is processed q uickly:
· Please have your receipt and the pr oduct number ready as your pr oof of purchase.
· Please refer to the type plate or t he cover sheet of these oper ating instructions for the pro-

· In the event of malfunctions or other defects, please first contact the following service de-

· A product determined defective may then be returned to the specified service address free
of charge, including the proof of pur chase (receipt) and information about the defect and

Faulty or drained batteries must be recycled in accor dance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its
amendments. Return the batteries and/or the product to a collection site.
Improper disposal of batt eries can harm
the environment!
Never dispose of batteries in y our household waste. The y may contain toxic heavy metals and
are subject to hazardous w aste regulations. The chemical symbols of the heavy metals are:
Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury , Pb = lead. For this reason, dispose of used batteries at a local
collection point. Improper battery disposal destroy s valuable resour ces and the hazardous sub-
stances in the batteries may pose a significant danger to the health and environment. Separ ate
collection/disposal of old batteries prev ents dangers to the health and environment, and v alua-
ble resources r egained by recy cling.
7. Warranty
Dear customer ,
The warranty for this product is 3 years fr om the date of purchase. In the ev ent of product
defects, you have legal rights against the r etailer of this product. Y our st atutory r ights are not
limited in any w ay by our warranty detailed below .
7.1 Warranty terms
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please retain the original receipt safely .
This documentation is required as the pr oof of purchase. Should a defect in material or manu-
facture occur within three year s from the date of purchase of this pr oduct, we will repair or r e-
place - at our choice - it free of charge. This w arranty is conditional on the defective product
and the receipt of purchase being pr esented within the three year warr anty per iod, and on there
being a brief written description of the nature of the defect and of the date it arose. If the defect is
cover ed by our warr anty, y ou will receive the r epaired product or a r eplacement. A repair or
ex change of the device does not extend a ne w warranty period. The warranty period will not
be extended b y repairs made under warr ant y . This also applies to replaced and r epaired parts.
Any damage or defects present at the time of pur chase must be reported immediately after
unpacking. Repairs made after the expiration of the w arranty period are subject to payment.
3.4 Inserting batteries int o the t ail light (see Fig. D + E)

4. Operation

5. Cleaning and care
Never fully immerse the headlight and tail light in w ater . Do not use corrosive or abr asive
cleaning agents. Doing so will damage the headlight or tail light.
Use a dry, lint-fr ee cloth when you are cleaning the pr oduct.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are
marked with abbre viations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1–7:
plastics / 20–22: paper and fibreboard / 80–98: composite materials.
The product and pack aging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separ ately for better waste
treatment.
3. Installation

A TTENTION! Routinely verify the headlamp adjustment. The light cone must point str aight
ahead, in the direction of trav el, and must not be adjusted too high so as not to blind on-
coming traffic.

1. Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of y our new product. In doing so y ou have chosen
a top-quality product. The instructions for use are to be considered as part of this
product. It contains important safety, assembly and disposal information. Befor e using
the product, please familiarise yourself with all the safety information and instructions for use.
The product must only be used as described and for the specified fields of application. If you
pass the product on to an yone else, please be sure to also include all documentation.
1.1 Intended use
This product is suitable for lighting the roadw ay whilst cycling. The LED Bicy cle Light Set is ap-
prov ed as ex clusive lighting for all bicy cles. The light cone must not be impaired by o ther bicycle
parts or luggage. The product is intended for outdoor use. Any use other than the aforementioned
or any pr oduct modification is prohibited and can result in injuries and pr oduct damage. The
manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting fr om improper use. This pr oduct is not intended
for commercial use.
Never tak e the product apart. Improper r epairs may result in considerable dan-
ger to the user . Repairs should only be carried out b y specialist personnel. The
LED light bulbs cannot be replaced.
2.1 Safet y instructions f or batteries
CAUTION! D ANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never r echarge batteries!
R emov e batteries during extended periods of non-use.
Please ensur e the correct polarity when inser ting the batter y! This is shown in
the batter y compartment.
If necessary , clean the contacts on the battery and the product before inserting
the batter y .
Immediately r emov e drained batteries from the pr oduct. There is an increased
risk of leaks!
Always r eplace all the batteries at the same time.
Ne ver mix old and ne w batteries.
Do no t dispose of batteries in household waste!
Ev ery consumer is legally obliged to dispose of batteries properly!
CAUTION! DANGER OF EXPL OSION! Keep batteries aw ay from
children. Do not thro w batteries into a fire. Nev er short-circuit them or
take them apart.
F ailure to observe these instructions may result in discharging the batteries be-
yond their cut-off volt age. There is then a risk of leaking.
If the batteries have leak ed inside your pr oduct, please remov e them immediately
to prev ent product damage!
A void contact with the skin, e yes and mucous membranes if fluid has leak ed
from the batteries. In the ev ent of contact with batter y acid, thoroughly flush the
affected area with clean water str aight away and seek immediate medical at-
tention.
