Connecting your Telephone to Your Headset
This section explains the general procedure when connecting a bluetooth headset to a blue-
tooth mobile telephone. However, the procedure can vary slightly depending on the mobile
phone. Therefore, please also refer to the operating manual of your mobile phone on the con-
figuration of equipment and keep it within easy reach.
Initial Installation of Your Headset to Your Mobile Telephone
The use of the Bluetooth Headset requires a paired connection with a bluetooth-compliant mo-
bile telephone. If your mobile telephone requests entry of a PIN number during the course of
the process, enter 0000.
1. Switch off the headset.
2. Make sure that the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone is enabled.
3. Hold down the „multifunction button“ (4) on your headset, until the „Status LED“ (5) signals
connection readiness by flashing blue.
4. Now allow your mobile telephone to search for bluetooth accessories (consult the operating
instructions of your telephone).
5. If requested, enter the PIN (0000) on your mobile phone.
6. Successful connection is confirmed in your mobile phone display and is also signalled by a
single blue flash (1 X in 10 seconds) of the „Status LED“ (5) on your headset.
If the connection is not successful, switch off telephone and headset. Wait approx. 5 seconds
and repeat steps 1 to 6.
