Electric Connection
Connect the appliance to a properly installed 230V, 50Hz wall
outlet.
• Preheat the appliance for approx. 10 minutes.
• Place approx. 100ml dough on the baking surface (about
one soup ladle).
• Distribute the dough evenly with the dough distributor.
Ensure that the amount of dough is dosed properly; other-
wise excess dough will overow and soil the appliance.
• After approx. 2-3 minutes the dough will solidify; turn the
crêpes with the wooden spatula.
• After further 2-3 minutes the crêpes should be golden
brown. Remove it from the baking surface. Eat immedi-
ately or keep warm.
• Grease the baking surfaces after each baking again, if
necessary.
End Of Use
Disconnect from mains power supply to turn the appliance off.
Cleaning
Warning:
► Always disconnect from mains power supply before
cleaning!
► Wait until the appliance has cooled down completely!
► Do not submerge the appliance in water. Risk of electric
shock and re.
Caution:
► Do not use a wire brush or abrasives for cleaning.
► Do not use aggressive or abrasive detergents.
• Brush crumbs and leftovers from baking surfaces and
edges.
• Clean the entire appliance only with a damp cloth.
Crêpes Recipe For 3 Persons
This French specialty is known as a very thin pancake. But
compared to the pancake less our and more eggs are used.
Fill the crêpes according to your taste and the occasion.
Ingredients:
60 g Flour
0.1 l Milk
Salt
2 g Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tbs Oil
Preparation:
• Place our and milk in a mixing bowl and mix into a
smooth dough.
• Add eggs and neutral-tasting oil and mix well.
• Add some salt and sugar to your taste and leave to swell
for 30 minutes.
• Bake the dough as described above.
Important! Do not use too much oil. The dough must rise,
but not fry!
• Fill crêpes according to your taste, roll or fold over twice
into quarters. Tastes best when served hot!
