This section tells you how to operate the Digital Diary to send data to another unit or
to a personal computer.
About data transfer types...
There are a number of ways you can transfer data.
All Data Items
With this method, you can send all data items stored in the Telephone Directory,
Memo, Schedule Keeper, Calendar, To Do, Reminder, or Expense Manager Mode.
Mode Data Items
With this method, you can send all data items stored in specific modes (Telephone
Directory, Memo, Schedule Keeper, Calendar, To Do, Reminder, Expense Man-
ager).
In the Schedule Keeper Mode, you can send items that appear on the index display
(which you specified using the function menu’s List type item described on page 39).
One Data Item
With this method, you can send one data item stored in the Telephone Directory,
Memo, Schedule Keeper, To Do, Reminder, or Expense Manager Mode.
Note
• For Calendar Mode data, you can send highlight data.
• If an alarm (Daily Alarm, Schedule Alarm, or Reminder Alarm) is reached while
data is being sent, the alarm does not sound until the data send operation is
complete.
