TERMS OF APPLICATION OF THE GUARANTEE
The product comes with a full 2 years guarantee from the date of its purchase, covering parts and labor. Under the guarantee period,
the product showing a defect resulting from faults in material or workmanship shall be either repaired,replaced or reimbursed (partly
or totally), provided that the product is returned to the point of purchase, complete and not dismantled, and is accompanied by a
description of the problem. Service under guarantee is provided free of charge only upon presentation of evidence that the date of
the claim is within the guarantee period (ie.invoice or purchase receipt). However, transportation charges to Local Customer Service
for defective product and back to consumer for repaired product are not covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee becomes void if defect is arising from abuse of the product, failure to operate and maintain the product in accordance
with the Instructions of Use, repair, service, alteration or modification of the product by a non-authorized person and/or if original
parts are not used.
Service provided under the period of guarantee does not affect the expiry date of the guarantee.
This guarantee in no way affects the consumers statutory rights, in particular the ones deriving from Directive 1999/44/CE and/or
coming from the national applicable legislation.
