Special care is required when handling batteries.
• Risk of explosion! Do not try to recharge non-
rechargeable batteries.
• As soon as a battery is empty, remove it from the
battery compartment and dispose of it in an
environmentally safe manner.
• Do not throw batteries into the fire or expose
them to high temperatures.
• Do not open or short-circuit batteries.
• Battery acid leaking from a battery can result in
skin irritation. If you come into contact with
battery acid, rinse the skin with plenty of water.
In case of contact with the eyes, do not rub your
eyes; rinse immediately with plenty of water and
seek medical advice at once.
• Remove the battery when not in use to avoid
discharging it unnecessarily.
