Operating Notes
• When you use your juicer, feed the ingredients in 2 to 3 steps into the feeder, according to the degree of hardness. Too
many ingredients in one process can lead to overheating and automatic shut-down of the motor. If that happens, wait
until the device cools down.
• Always keep the safety bracket and lid closed during the use of your vitale.
• To avoid injuries, never reach into the feeder opening with your hands during operation. Do not put any objects into
the feeder opening during operation, otherwise the motor, grater and other parts of the device can be destroyed. The
exception is the supplied plunger, which is designed so it cannot contact the grater.
• If a burnt smell exudes from the motor block, stop the device immediately and disconnect the power supply. The
smell can result from improper mounting of the connecting rubber bearing. In this case, please contact your BIANCO
customer service immediately.
