Recipe
Serves 4 as a side dish
600 g asparagus spears, peeled
1 tsp fresh orange zest
3 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1. Fill the water reservoir with water.
2. Place the asparagus in the steam bowl.
3. Steam for 8 minutes or until the asparagus is tender.
4. Mix the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
5. Transfer the asparagus to a serving plate
6. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the asparagus and serve.
