Troubleshooting
If problems or irregularities should arise
when using the phone, please read the
following table. If a certain problem
cannot be solved by the following
information, please contact the dealer
from which you purchased the telephone.
The phone cannot be turned on:
Check whether the battery is correctly
inserted into the telephone.
Check the battery status, charge the
battery for 24 hrs. or replace it if
necessary (6-month warranty).
Check whether the PIN code was
entered correctly.
If the PIN code was entered
incorrectly three times then the SIM
car was locked and you will need the
PUK code (please contact your
network operator for your PUK code).
SIM card error:
Dirt on the contact areas of the SIM
card? Clean the contact areas of the
SIM card.
SIM card is not inserted properly,
insert the SIM card correctly.
