Display is black:
Check the battery status, charge the battery for 24hrs
or, if necessary, replace it (6 months warranty). Check
the background image.
Blocked PIN:
Check whether the PIN code was entered correctly. If
the PIN code has been entered incorrectly 3x, the SIM
card is locked and you will need the PUK code: (Please
contact your network operator for your PUK code).
I do not hear the other caller
Check the volume settings.
Try restoring the factory settings.
Briefly remove the battery and restart the device
I cannot receive or send MMS.
Check the MMS settings in the menu: Settings –
Connections - Network account.
You are out of range of the mobile network. For
information about coverage, please contact your
network operator.
SIM card is invalid. Contact your service provider
