To put an external call on hold
and speak to another handset
This enables you to ask another
handset user a question and
then get straight back to your
caller.
During a call:
Press the LEFT navigation
button to display the list of
handsets. Your caller hears
musical tones.
Press the
UP or DOWN
navigation button to select the
handset you want to call.
Press the
GREEN PHONE
button to call.
Press the
End options button
Or
Press the RED PHONE button
to end the internal call and talk
to your external caller again.
To answer a waiting call
during an internal call
If you are making an internal
call and hear the Call Waiting
tone you can immediately take
the incoming call.
Press the
Accept options
button to speak to the external
caller and end the internal call.

To transfer an external call
between handsets
You can forward an external
call to another handset
registered to the base.
During an external call:
Press the LEFT navigation
button to display the list of
handsets. Your caller hears
musical tones.
Press the
UP or DOWN
navigation button to select the
handset you want to call.
Press the
GREEN PHONE
button to call. When the other
handset answers you can
announce the call.
Press the
RED PHONE button
to put the call through.
Note
You can also put the call through
without announcing it by immediately
by pressing the RED PHONE button
after dialling the other handset.
