This section contains safety instructions that will

help protect from risk of personal injury or property

damage.

Failure to follow these instructions invalidates the

granted warranty.

1.1 General safety

•This appliance complies with the international

safety standards.

•This appliance may be used by children who are

at the age of 8 or over and the people whose

physical, perceptive or mental skills are impaired

or who are inexperienced or not knowledgeable

about the appliance as long as they are super-

vised or informed and made understood the

safe use of the appliance and the encountered

dangers. Children should not play with the ap-

pliance. Cleaning and user maintenance pro-

cedures should not be performed by children

unless they are controlled by their elders.

•Do not leave the product unattended while it is

plugged in.

•Unplug the product before filling the water res-

ervoir with water.

•Operate and store the appliance on a stable sur-

face.

•When the appliance is placed on its base plate,

ensure that the surface beneath the plate is

level.

•Do not use the appliance if the power cable or

the appliance itself is damaged. Contact an au-

thorised service.

•If the appliance is dropped or leaks water or has

other failures, contact the authorised service.

Do not use the appliance until it is repaired.

•When the appliance is not in use or left to cool

down keep the appliance and power cable out

of reach of children under 8 years old.

•The appliance is not suitable for using outdoors.

•Only use the original parts or parts recom-

mended by the manufacturer.

•Do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.

•Your mains power supply should comply with

the information supplied on the rating plate of

the appliance.

•The mains supply of the appliance must be se-

cured with a minimum 16 A fuse.

•Use the appliance with a grounded outlet only.

•Do not use the appliance with an extension

cord.

•Do not pull the power cable when unplugging

the appliance.

•Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

•Do not wrap the cable around the appliance.

•Do not touch the appliance or its plug with wet

or damp hands when the appliance is plugged

in.

•The soleplate and its surrounding area can be

extremely hot. Contacting hot surfaces may

cause burns. Therefore while or just after using

the appliance, pay attention not to touch the

hot surfaces.

3.1 Intended use

This appliance is intended only for

household use and ironing; it is not

suitable for professional use.



      

pressing the shock steam button

(9), you can iron your curtains and

your garments on the hanger with

the steam you will get by pressing

the shock steam button. Hold the

appliance 15-30 cm away from the

garment and curtains.

In case of automatic

turn off the auto-off

•If the appliance is moved in hori-

zontal position it will be turned on.

It may take 60 seconds

for the soleplate (4) to

reach the previously set

temperature.

WARNING:

When

you are finished with

ironing, unplug the

appliance. You can

drain the water in the

reservoir by opening

the refill lid (6) and

tilting the iron to the

front.

2. Wait for the appliance to cool

down completely.

3. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean

the outer surface of the appli-

ance. Then dry it thoroughly.

4. Wipe the sediments and resi-

dues on the soleplate (4) with

a slightly damp cloth and soft,

nonabrasive liquid cleaner as

necessary.

WARNING:

Do not

use gasoline, solvent

and abrasive clean-

ing agents or hard

brush to clean the

appliance.





Lime removal function cleans the

lime particles accumulated in the

steam generator reservoir of the

appliance.

Use this function once in every 2

to 3 weeks. If the tap water is very

hard (if lime particles fall down

from the soleplate (4) of the appli-

ance), use the lime removal func-

tion more frequently.

It may take some

time for the water to

drip from the holes of

the soleplate.

7. After the reservoir becomes fully

empty, release the lime removal

button (7).

8. If there is still sediment, repeat

this process.

9. Following the lime removal pro-

cess, let the appliance cool in

upright position. After the ap-

pliance cools down, wipe off the

soleplate (4) with a cloth.

4.3 Storage

If you do not intend to use the ap-

pliance for a long time, store it care-

fully.

•Before lifting the appliance un-

plug it and then let it cool com-

pletely.

•Empty the water reservoir.

•Keep the appliance and its acces-

sories in their original packages.

•Store it in a cool, dry place.

•Always keep the appliance out of

the reach of children.





•During handling and transporta-

tion, carry the appliance in its

original packaging. The packag-

ing of the appliance protects it

against physical damages.

•Do not place heavy loads on the

appliance or the packaging. The

appliance may be damaged.

•Dropping the appliance will ren-

der it non-operational or cause

permanent damage.

Although the appliance is plugged in, soleplate (4) does not heat up.

The appliance may be connected improperly.

>>> Check the plug and power

cable (1) of the appliance.

Temperature setting knob (3) may be at the Min. position.

>>> Turn the

temperature setting knob in the clockwise direction up to the steam sign.

The appliance does not generate steam.

The water reservoir may not have enough water. >>> Fill the water reservoir

with water up to Max level (see. 3.3).

Steam setting button (7) may be at without-steam position. >>> Switch the

steam setting button to the steam position (see. 3.6).

Shock Steam – Vertical Steam does not function.

These functions may have been used too frequently in a very short period of

time.

>>> Keep ironing at a horizontal position and wait for a while before using

the shock steam function again. >>> Soleplate (4) may not be hot enough. Turn

the temperature setting knob (3) in the clockwise direction up to the steam sign.

Seat the appliance in a vertical position and wait for the soleplate to heat up.

Water drops fall down onto the fabric during ironing.

You may not have securely closed the water refill lid (6).

>>> Close the water

refill lid securely.

You may be using the shock steam at temperature level

•

>>> Increase the temperature level (see. 3.7).

During ironing, sediments and residues fall down from the soleplate (4).

If the water you use for your appliance is too hard, such sediments may form.

>>>

Use the self-clean function for once or a few times (see. 4.2). For the subsequent

ironings fill the water reservoir of the appliance with a mixture of tap water and

potable water.

The appliance drops water after it cools down or stored.

You may have left the appliance on a horizontal position while there is water in its

reservoir.

>>> Empty the water reservoir.

Stains at the soleplate (4).

Wet garments might have been ironed and the soleplate (4) has had lime stains.

>>> After the appliance cools enough, wipe the soleplate with a microfiber

knitted or cotton cloth soaked in vinegar.

4.1 Reinigung

WARNUNG:

Trennen Sie das

Gerät nach dem

Bügeln von der

Stromversorgung.

Netzstecker.

2. Warten Sie ab, bis das Gerät voll-

ständig abgekühlt ist.

3. Reinigen Sie die Außenseite des

Gerätes mit einem leicht ange-

feuchteten Tuch. Trocknen Sie

es anschließend gründlich.

4. Befreien Sie die Bügeleisensohle

(4) bei Bedarf mit einem

leicht angefeuchteten Tuch

und einem nicht scheu-

ernden Flüssigreiniger von

Ablagerungen und Resten.

WARNUNG:

Reinigen Sie das Gerät

niemals mit Benzin,



und scheuernden

Reinigungsmitteln

oder harten Bürsten.



(Selbstreinigung)

Die Entkalkungsfunktion beseitigt

Kalkpartikel, die sich im Behälter

des Dampfgenerators angesam-

melt haben.

Verwenden Sie diese Funktion

einmal alle 2 bis 3 Wochen. Falls

das Leitungswasser sehr hart

ist (Kalkpartikel fallen von der

Bügelsohle (4) des Gerätes), sollte

die Entkalkungsfunktion häufiger

eingesetzt werden.



Verstauen Sie das Gerät sorgfältig,

falls Sie es längere Zeit nicht be-

nutzen sollten.

•Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und

lassen Sie das Gerät vollständig

abkühlen, bevor Sie es anheben.

•Leeren Sie den Wasserbehälter.

•Bewahren Sie Dampfbügeleisen

-

packung auf.

•Kühl und trocken lagern.

•Gerät immer von Kindern fern-

halten.



Transport

•Transportieren Sie das Gerät in

seiner Originalverpackung. Die

Verpackung schützt das Gerät

vor Sachschäden.

•Legen Sie keine schweren Ge-

genstände auf dem Gerät oder

der Verpackung ab. Andernfalls

   

werden.

•Falls das Gerät herunterfällt, ist

   

funktionsfähig oder weist dau-

erhafte Schäden auf.

Sohle (4) nicht.

bevor Sie die Dampfstoßfunktion erneut verwenden. >>> Möglicherweise ist

die Sohle (4) nicht heiß genug. Drehen Sie den Temperatureinstellknopf (3) im

Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Dampfsymbol. Stellen Sie das Gerät in einer vertikalen

Position auf und warten Sie, bis sich die Sohle erhitzt hat.

Während des Bügelns fallen Wassertropfen auf das Wäschestück.



>>> Schließen Sie den Wasserauffülldeckel richtig.



1.1 Consignes générales de sécurité

•Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour être uti-

lisé par des enfants de moins de 8 ans et

par des personnes dont les capacités phy-

siques, sensorielles ou mentales sont ré-

assurez-vous que la surface en dessous est

•N'utilisez pas l'appareil si le câble d'alimenta-

•La semelle et ses parties environnantes

3.1 Utilisation prévue

Cet appareil a été conçu unique-

ment pour une utilisation domes-

tique et pour le repassage ; il ne

convient pas à un usage profes-

sionnel.

3.2 Première utilisa-

tion

Avant la première utilisation, rem-

plissez deux fois (voir 3.3), puis

vaporisez pour retirer les résidus

    

ce temps, utilisez constamment le

bouton (9) du jet vapeur.

3.3 Remplissage du

réservoir d'eau

1. Débranchez l'appareil.

fournie avec l'appareil.

4. Ouvrez le couvercle du réservoir

d'eau (6), puis remplissez l'appa-

reil d'eau jusqu'au niveau MAX.

5. Refermez le couvercle du réser-

voir d'eau (6).

3.8 Vapeur verticale

Vous pouvez également utiliser

le jet vapeur à la position verti-

cale (voir 3.7). Si vous appuyez sur

le bouton du jet de vapeur (9), il

vous est possible de repasser vos

rideaux et autres tissus suspendus,

grâce à la vapeur que vous obtien-

drez en appuyant sur ce bouton.

Tenez l'appareil à 15 à 30 cm des

vêtements et des rideaux.

4.1 Nettoyage

4.2 Détartrage

(Auto-nettoyage)

La fonction de détartrage nettoie

les particules de tartre accumulées

dans le réservoir du générateur de

vapeur de l'appareil.

Utilisez la fonction une fois toutes

les 2 ou 3 semaines. Si l'eau de

votre robinet est très chargée en

calcaire (si des particules de cal-

caire tombent de la semelle (4) de

votre appareil), utilisez plus fré-

quemment la fonction de détar-

trage.

1. Débranchez l'appareil.

2. Remplissez l'appareil d'eau (voir

3.3).

«» et secouez le fer. Continuez

jusqu’à ce que le réservoir soit

vidé d’eau.

L'eau peut prendre

un certain temps

orifices de la semelle.

7. Une fois le réservoir vide, relâ-

chez le bouton de détartrage (7).

8. En cas de présence continue de

dépôts, répétez l'opération.

9. Après le processus de détar-

trage, laissez l'appareil refroidir

en position verticale. Ensuite,

essuyez la semelle (4) à l'aide

d'un chiffon.

4.3 Rangement

Si vous ne comptez pas utiliser

votre appareil pendant un certain

temps, veuillez le ranger soigneu-

sement.

•Avant de lever l'appareil, débran-

chez-le, puis laissez-le refroidir

complètement.

•Videz le réservoir d'eau.

•Rangez l'appareil et ses acces-

soires dans leurs emballages

d'origine.

•Conservez-le dans un endroit

frais et sec.

•Maintenez toujours l'appareil

hors de portée des enfants.

4.4 Manipulation et

transport

La semelle (4) ne chauffe plus, alors que le fer est branché.

L'appareil n'est pas correctement branché. >>> Vérifiez la fiche et le câble d'alimentation (1) de l'appareil.

Le bouton de réglage de la température (3) est à la position Min. >>> Tournez le bouton de réglage de la

température dans le sens horaire jusqu'au symbole de la vapeur.

L'appareil ne produit pas de vapeur.

L'eau du réservoir est insuffisante. >>> Remplissez le réservoir d'eau jusqu'au niveau Max.(voir 3.3).

La molette de réglage de la vapeur (7) peut être sur la position Sans vapeur.

>>> Actionnez le bouton de réglage de la vapeur en position vapeur (voir. 3.6).

3.1 Uso previsto

Este electrodoméstico está pen-

sado para un planchado y un uso

doméstico no es apto para uso pro-

fesional.

3.2 Primer uso

Antes del primer uso, llénelo dos

veces (ver 3.3) y vaporice para qui-

tar los residuos de fabricación (ver

3.6). Mientras, use el botón de des-

carga de vapor (9) a menudo.

4.1 Limpieza

La función de eliminación de cal

limpia la acumulación de partículas

de cal en el depósito de vapor del

aparato.

Utilice esta función una vez cada

2 o 3 semanas. Si el agua es muy

dura (si se caen partículas de cal de

la suela (4) de la plancha), le reco-

mendamos que utilice la función de

autolimpieza más a menudo.

1. Desenchufe el aparato.

2. Rellene el aparato con agua (ver.

3.3).

aparato se haya enfriado, limpie

la suela (4) con un paño.

4.3 Almacenamiento

Si no va a utilizar el aparato durante

un periodo prolongado de tiempo,

guárdelo cuidadosamente.

•Antes de levantar el aparato,

desenchúfelo y luego deje que

se enfríe completamente.

•Vacíe el depósito de agua.

•Guarde el aparato y sus acceso-

rios en su embalaje original.

•Guárdelo en un lugar fresco y

seco.

•Mantenga siempre el aparato

fuera del alcance de los niños.

4.4 Manejo y

transporte

•Durante el manejo y el trans-

porte, lleve el aparato en su

embalaje original. El embalaje

del aparato lo protege de daños

físicos.

•No coloque cargas pesadas en el

aparato o en el embalaje. El apa-

rato podría dañarse.

•Dejar caer el aparato causará que

éste no funcione o causará un

daño permanente.

5 Resolución de problemas

Aunque el aparato esté enchufado, la suela (4) no se calienta.

       

>>> Compruebe el

enchufe y el cable de alimentación (1) del aparato.

El botón de ajuste de temperatura (3) puede estar en la posición mínima.

Gire el botón de ajuste de temperatura a la derecha hasta el signo de vapor.

El aparato no genera vapor.

>>> Llene el depósito

de agua con agua hasta el nivel máximo (ver. 3.3).

El botón de planchado a vapor (7) puede estar en la posición sin vapor. >>>

Cambie el botón de planchado a vapor a la posición de vapor (ver. 3.6).

Descarga de vapor - el Vapor Vertical no funciona.

Estas funciones pueden haberse usado demasiado a menudo en un período de

tiempo corto.

>>> Siga planchando en una posición horizontal y espere un rato

antes de usar la función de descarga de vapor de nuevo >>> La suela (4) puede

1.1 Sicurezza generale

•Questo dispositivo risulta conforme agli

standard di sicurezza internazionali.

•Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato

da bambini con almeno 8 anni di età e da

persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o

mentali limitate o non in possesso di espe-

rienza e conoscenze dell’apparecchio, a

condizione che siano sotto controllo o in-

formate e abbiamo compreso l’uso sicuro

Le procedure di pulizia e manutenzione da

parte dell'utente non devono essere ese-

guite da bambini a meno che non ricevano

•Non lasciare il dispositivo privo di supervi-

sione quando è collegato alla rete.

•Scollegare il cavo di alimentazione prima di

versare l’acqua nel serbatoio.

•Utilizzare e riporre il dispositivo su una su-

perficie stabile.

•Quando l'apparecchio è posizionato sulla

base di appoggio, assicurarsi che la superfi-

cie sotto la base sia in piano.

•Non utilizzarlo se il cavo di alimentazione o

l’apparecchio stesso è danneggiato. Contat-

tare un servizio di assistenza tecnica auto-

rizzato.

2.1 Panoramica

3.1 Uso previsto

Questo apparecchio è concepito

solo per uso domestico e stiraggio

e non è adatto a scopi professionali.

3.2 Uso iniziale

     

prima volta, riempirlo due volte (ve-

dere 3.3) e far fuoriuscire il vapore

per rimuovere i residui di produ-

zione (vedere 3.6). Nel frattempo,

premere spesso il pulsante getto di

vapore (9).

È possibile che si sen-

ta un leggero odore

o che residui bian-

chi fuoriescano dai

fori della piastra (4).

Dopo aver eseguito

due volte il processo

di vaporizzazione, tali

odori e residui scom-

pariranno. È possibile

inoltre che si formino

delle gocce d'acqua

3.3 Riempimento del

serbatoio d'acqua

1. Scollegare l'elettrodomestico.

2. Spegnere il pulsante per la rego-

lazione del vapore (7) impostan-

dolo nella posizione “ ”.

3. Riempire il recipiente dell'acqua

in dotazione con l'apparecchio.

4. Aprire il coperchio di riempi-

mento dell'acqua (6) e riempire

l'apparecchio con acqua fino al

livello MAX.

5. Chiudere il coperchio di riempi-

mento dell'acqua (6).

L'apparecchio è con-

cepito per l’uso di ac-

qua del rubinetto. Se

l’acqua del rubinetto

è eccessivamente

dura, consigliamo l’u-

so di una miscela di

acqua di rubinetto e

3.4 Impostazione

della temperatura

1. Dopo aver collegato l'apparecchio

alla presa della corrente,

impostare la temperatura in

base al tessuto ruotando la

manopola di impostazione della

temperatura (3) in senso orario

(vedere 3.5).

- La spia del termostato (10) si

accenderà.

2. Quando l'apparecchio raggiunge

la temperatura impostata, la spia

del termostato (10) si spegne e

l'apparecchio è pronto all'uso.

qua del rubinetto è molto dura (se

le particelle di calcare cadono dalla

piastra (4) dell’apparecchio), usare

la funzione di rimozione del calcare

più frequentemente.

con attenzione.

5 Risoluzione dei problemi

Anche se l'apparecchio è collegato, la piastra (4) non si riscalda.

È possibile che l'apparecchio sia stato collegato in modo non corretto. >>> Controllare la presa e il cavo di

alimentazione (1) dell'apparecchio.

La manopola di impostazione della temperatura (3) potrebbe essere al minimo. >>> Ruotare la manopola

di impostazione della temperatura in senso orario fino a raggiungere il simbolo del vapore.

L'apparecchio non genera vapore.

È possibile che il serbatoio dell'acqua non contenga abbastanza acqua. >>> Riempire il serbatoio

dell'acqua fino al livello Max (vedere 3.3).

Il pulsante per la regolazione del vapore (7) potrebbe essere in posizione senza vapore. >>> Spostare il

pulsante per la regolazione del vapore in posizione vapore (vedere 3.6).

Getto di vapore: non esce vapore verticale.

È possibile che queste funzioni siano state utilizzate troppo spesso in un breve periodo di tempo. >>>

Continuare a stirare in posizione orizzontale e attendere qualche istante prima di utilizzare di nuovo

la funzione getto di vapore. >>> È possibile che la piastra (4) non sia abbastanza calda. Ruotare la

manopola di impostazione della temperatura (3) in senso orario fino a raggiungere il simbolo del vapore.



Durante la stiratura cadono gocce d'acqua sul tessuto.

È possibile che il coperchio di riempimento dell'acqua (6) non sia stato chiuso saldamente. >>> Chiudere

saldamente il coperchio di riempimento dell'acqua.

                

>>> Aumentare il livello della temperatura (vedere 3.7).

Durante la stiratura, sedimenti e residui cadono dalla piastra (4).

Se l'acqua usata per la stiratura è troppo dura, è possibile che si formino tali sedimenti. >>> Utilizzare l



dell'acqua dell'apparecchio utilizzando una miscela di acqua del rubinetto e di acqua potabile.

L'apparecchio perde acqua quando si raffredda o quando è stato conserva-

to.

È possibile che siano stati stirati indumenti bagnati, pertanto la piastra (4) presenta macchie di calcare.

>>> Quando l'apparecchio è sufficientemente freddo, pulire la piastra con un panno di microfibra o di

cotone imbevuto di aceto.

La presente garanzia commerciale si intende aggiuntiva e non sostitutiva di ogni altro diritto di cui gode

il consumatore, intendendo per consumatore esclusivamente colui che utilizza il bene per scopi estra-

nei all’attività imprenditoriale o professionale eventualmente svolta e pertanto per uso domestico/

privato, e in particolare non pregiudica in alcun modo i dritti del consumatore stabiliti dal Dlgs 206/05.

merciale aggiuntiva, nei termini e nei modi di seguito indicati.

Questo certificato non deve essere spedito per la convalida. E’ valido e operante solo se conservato

assieme alla ricevuta fiscale o altro documento reso fiscalmente obbligatorio.

Condizioni di Garanzia

1. BEKO Italy S.r.l. garantisce l’apparecchio per un periodo di 2 anni dalla data di acquisto (12 mesi se

acquistato con fattura di vendita e non con scontrino fiscale).

2. La garanzia è valida esclusivamente sul territorio italiano compresa la Repubblica di San Marino e la

città del Vaticano e deve essere comprovata da scontrino fiscale o fattura, che riporti il nominativo

del Rivenditore, la data di acquisto dell’apparecchio nonché gli estremi i identificativi dello stesso

(tipo, modello).

3. Per garanzia s’intende la sostituzione o riparazione gratuita delle parti componenti l’apparecchio

che sono risultate difettose all’origine, per vizi di fabbricazione.

4. L’utente decade dai dritti di garanzia se non denuncia il difetto di conformità entro 2 mesi dalla

scoperta dello stesso.

5. Diritto di Chiamata: gratuita per i primi 12 mesi di garanzia, a pagamento per gli altri 12 mesi nel

caso l’utente non sia in grado di provare che il difetto sia dovuto a vizio di conformità del prodotto.

6. Manodopera e ricambi gratuiti per i 24 mesi del periodo di garanzia.

7. L’intervento di riparazione viene effettuato presso il centro di assistenza reperibile presso il call

centre e sul sito www.beko.it, fatto salvo i casi d impossibilità oggettiva o di forza maggiore.

8. La riparazione o sostituzione dei componenti o dell’apparecchio stesso, non estendono la durata

della garanzia.

9. Tutte le parti asportabili e tutte le parti estetiche, non sono coperte da garanzia.

10. Tutti i materiali soggetti ad usura non sono coperti da garanzia a meno che venga dimostrata la

difettosità risalente a vizio di fabbricazione delle stesse.

11. La BEKO Italy S.r.l. declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni che possano derivare, diretta-

mente od indirettamente, a persone e cose come conseguenza del mancato rispetto delle istruzio-

ni tutte, incluse nell’apposito Manuale per l’uso dell’apparecchio allegato a ciascuno apparecchio,

da parte dell’utente ed in particolar modo per quanto concerne le avvertenze relative alla installa-

zione, all’uso ed alla manutenzione dell’apparecchio stesso.

12. La garanzia non diventa operante e l’assistenza sarà effettuata totalmente a pagamento nei se-

guenti casi:

a. Danni dovuti al trasporto o alla movimentazione delle merci.

b. Interventi di installazione e montaggio, così come l’errata connessione o errata erogazione dalle

reti di alimentazione, mancanza di allacciamento alla presa di terra.

c. Installazione errata, imperfetta o incompleta, per incapacità d’uso da parte dell’Utente, se

mancano gli spazi necessari ad operare attorno ai prodotti, per eccessiva o scarsa temperatura

dell’ambiente,.

d. Interventi nei quali non è stato riscontrato il difetto lamentato, o per generici problemi di funzio-

namento causati da errata impressione del cliente

e. Danni causati da agenti atmosferici ( fulmini, terremoti, incendi, alluvioni, ecc.)

f. Se il numero di matricola risulta asportato, cancellato o manomesso.

g. Riparazioni, modifiche o manomissioni effettuate da persone non autorizzate dal produttore o

comunque per cause non dipendenti dal prodotto. Per guasti dovuti a mancanza di regolare ma-

nutenzione ( pulizia e manutenzione del prodotto.).

h. Mancanza dei documenti fiscali o se gli stessi risultano contraffatti o non inerenti al prodotto.

i. L’uso improprio dell’apparecchio, non di tipo domestico o diverso da quanto stabilito dal produtto-

re, fa decadere il dritto alla Garanzia.

j. Per tutte le circostanze esterne che non siano riconducibili a difetti di fabbricazione dell’elettro-

domestico.

k. Si intendono a pagamento anche tutti gli eventuali trasporti necessari per lo svolgimento degli

interventi legati ai casi citati.

Il Servizio Assistenza di BEKO Italy S.r.l. è l’unico autorizzato a riparare i prodotti a marchio BEKO. Per

ogni controversia è competente il foro di Milano.

Durante e dopo il periodo di garanzia, vi consigliamo di rivolgervi sempre ai nostri centri di assistenza

autorizzati. Per contattare il Centro di Assistenza Tecnica Autorizzato operante nella sua zona chiami

il numero unico per l’Italia:

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Other areas not covered by the warranty

1. Damage caused by transportation, accident, broken, misuse, trial, demonstration, ma intenance,

installation, modification or adjustment of products or parts, or negligence, that is resulting from

misunderstanding of application method specified in the product manual.

2. Any break down or damage caused by external factors, acts of god, or environment, such as residue,

sweat, fluid, humidity, lightning, earthquake, flood, or caused by applying wrong voltage that is not

matched with specification in the product manual.

3. Normal wear according to life time; tear, wear, rust, or stain, and damage from animal or insect.

4. Marks and damage on s urface and external composition caus ed by application, handling,

transportation, accident, negligence.

5. The parts those are outside or inside the pack age, and inside the product, such as seal, support tray,

rack, grille, remote control, cable, etc.

6. Claim for damage or loose part later than 7 days after purchasing.

7. The parts those are modified or replaced or repaired or checked by any third party who is not the

employee of Beko Thai Company Limited and/or authorized service center.

8. Defect or break down caused by commercial use, industrial use, and misuse.

9. The product serial number is modified, deleted, crossed out, or destroyed. The warranty card is

revised or deleted in any case.

Remark:

1. The warranty card that is modified, revised, marked, scratched, or lose some part shall be voided.

2. Our Beko products are designed for domestic household use only.

3. This warranty shall become effective after customer registration within 15 days after purchasing date,

either by (a) sending the warranty card to Beko or (b) register on www.beko.co.th

1. All products, parts, and accessories shall be warranted only for the damage caused by their errors resulting from production error.

2. To claim for warranty, you have to present a service officer the r eceipt/tax invoice with complete c lause, clean, and free from revision in material provisions as evidence. In addition, you have to store and maintain in good condition the

warranty card and purchasing evidence along the period of appliance life. The Company shall not provide the replacement of warranty card in the case of lost.

3. In case of the product subjected to home service, the Company shall not charge any transportation cost during warranty period.

4. The Warranty Terms and Conditions shall be effective for the products sold by Beko Thai Company Limited or its agency only.

5. The Warranty shall cover only the products bought in Thailand only. The service under warranty shall be done only by the authorized service center in Thailand.

6. The Company shall have the right to charge the additional service and transportation cost of any break down that is out of warranty, although such break down is not detected .

All Beko products are standard warranty for 2 years, covering parts and labor.
