Einleitung

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf Ihrer neuen Wetterstation. Sie haben sich damit für eine hochwertige

Wetterstation entschieden. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil dieser Wetterstation. Sie enthält wichtige

Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich vor der Benutzung der Wetterstation mit

allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie die Wetterstation nur wie beschrieben und für die

angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Händigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weitergabe der Wetterstation an Dritte mit

aus. Die Verpackung und Bedienungsanleitung für spätere Rückfragen bitte aufbewahren.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Die Wetterstation ist zur Zeitanzeige und zur Verwendung der beschriebenen Zusatzfunktionen geeignet. Jede

andere Verwendung oder Veränderung der Wetterstation gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Der Hersteller haftet

nicht für Schäden, die durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch oder falsche Bedienung verursacht werden.

Die Wetterstation ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz vorgesehen.

Diese Wetterstation kann von Personen (einschließlich Kindern ab 8 Jahren) mit verringerten physischen,

sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie

beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs der Wetterstation unterwiesen wurden und die daraus

resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit der Wetterstation spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-

Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden. Halten Sie auch die

Verpackungsfolien von Kindern fern. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.

EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR!

Bewahren Sie Batterien für Kleinkinder unerreichbar auf. Wurde eine Batterie verschluckt, muss sofort

medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden. Batterien/Akkus müssen stets polrichtig eingelegt werden.

Reinigen Sie Batterie- und Gerätekontakte zuvor bei Bedarf. Versuchen Sie nicht, Batterien wieder aufzuladen,

kurzzuschließen oder zu öffnen. Werfen Sie niemals Batterien ins Feuer, da diese explodieren können. Wenn

Sie die Wetterstation längere Zeit nicht benutzen, entnehmen Sie die Batterien und verstauen Sie die

Wetterstation an einem trockenen und staubfreien Ort. Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch der Batterien besteht

Explosions- und Auslaufgefahr. Sollten die Batterien doch einmal ausgelaufen sein, vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit

Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten. Benutzen Sie Handschuhe. Bei Kontakt mit Batteriesäure die betroffenen

Stellen mit reichlich klarem Wasser spülen und umgehend einen Arzt aufsuchen. Entfernen Sie erschöpfte

Batterien umgehend aus der Wetterstation, es besteht erhöhte Auslaufgefahr.

Die Wetterstation sicher aufhängen oder -stellen

Die Wetterstation ist nicht für den Betrieb in Räumen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit (z. B. Badezimmer) ausgelegt.

Achten Sie darauf, dass:

 immer eine ausreichende Belüftung gewährleistet ist (stellen Sie die Wetterstation nicht in Regale oder dorthin,

wo Vorhänge oder Möbel die Belüftungsschlitze verdecken und lassen Sie mindestens 10 cm Abstand zu

allen Seiten);

 die Wetterstation beim Betrieb nicht auf einem dicken Teppich oder Bett aufgestellt wird und keine direkten

Wärmequellen (z. B. Heizungen) auf die Wetterstation wirken;

 kein direktes Sonnenlicht auf die Wetterstation trifft;

 der Kontakt mit Spritz- und Tropfwasser vermieden wird;

 die Wetterstation nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von Magnetfeldern (z. B. Lautsprechern) hängt oder steht;

 keine Fremdkörper und Staub eindringen;

 Kerzen und andere offene Flammen zu jeder Zeit von der Wetterstation ferngehalten werden müssen, um das

Ausbreiten von Feuer zu verhindern;

 empfindliche Oberflächen vor dem Aufstellen geschützt werden.

Den Außensensor sicher aufhängen oder -stellen

Platzieren Sie den Außensensor so, dass er vor direkten Witterungseinflüssen geschützt ist, z. B. unter einem

Vordach oder Carport. Der Außensensor hat Schutzklasse IPX4 - ist somit vor Spritzwasser geschützt.

Achten Sie darauf, dass:

 der Außensensor aufrecht steht oder hängt;

 immer eine ausreichende Belüftung gewährleistet ist (lassen Sie mindestens 10 cm Abstand zu allen Seiten);

 kein direktes Sonnenlicht auf den Außensensor trifft;

 der Außensensor nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von Magnetfeldern (z. B. Lautsprechern) hängt oder steht;

 keine Fremdkörper und Staub eindringen;

 empfindliche Oberflächen vor dem Aufstellen geschützt werden.

Inbetriebnahme

Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie von der Wetterstation und dem Außensensor ab. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach des

Außensensors 38 und legen Sie die mitgelieferten Batterien polrichtig ein.

Die Kontroll-LED 37 leuchtet vorübergehend auf und die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit werden

angezeigt. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach.

Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach der Wetterstation 18 und legen Sie die mitgelieferten Batterien polrichtig ein.

Schließen Sie das Batteriefach.

Das Funksymbol des Außensensors blinkt und die Wetterstation empfängt nun das Signal des

Außensensors. Dieser Prozess kann einige Minuten in Anspruch nehmen. Bei erfolgreichem Empfang wird

der gewählte Kanal 1, 2 oder 3 im Symbol angezeigt und die aktuelle Außentemperatur 9 und die aktuelle

Außenluftfeuchtigkeit 4 erscheinen im Display. Die Wetterstation startet nach erfolgreichem Empfang des

Außensensors den Empfang des DCF77-Funksignals und das Funksymbol 17 blinkt im Display neben der

Uhrzeit. Dieser Vorgang kann 3-10 Minuten dauern. Während des Empfangs sind alle Tasten außer der

SNOOZE/LIGHT-Taste 1 ohne Funktion. Wenn der Empfang des Zeitsignals nach 10 Minuten erfolglos bleibt,

erlischt das Funksymbol 17 . Stellen Sie die Zeit manuell ein (siehe Grundeinstellung). Die Wetterstation wird

um 04:00 Uhr und 05:00 Uhr einen neuen Empfangsversuch starten und die Zeit nach erfolgreichem

Signalempfang automatisch korrigieren.

! Hinweis: Bitte bewegen Sie die Wetterstation und den Außensensor während des Empfangsvorgangs nicht.

Bei erfolgreichem Empfang erscheint das Funksymbol 17 permanent und es stellen sich

automatisch die korrekte Uhrzeit, Datum, Wochentag, Auf- und Untergangszeiten von Sonne sowie

die Mondphase ein. Während der Sommerzeit erscheint DST auf dem Display neben dem

Funksymbol 17 .

Empfangsstörung

Das DCF77-Funksignal wird aus der Nähe von Frankfurt am Main gesendet. Es kann bis zu ca. 1500 km im

Radius um Frankfurt am Main empfangen werden. Allerdings gibt es einige Störquellen, die den Empfang

erheblich behindern können. Falls Ihre Wetterstation das DCF77-Funksignal nicht richtig empfängt, hängen

oder stellen Sie die Wetterstation an einem anderen Platz auf. Beachten Sie, dass es in der Nähe von

Computer, Telefon, Radio und TV zu elektromagnetischen Strahlungen kommen kann, die den Empfang des

DCF77-Funksignals stören können. Weitere Störquellen für den Empfang des DCF77-Funksignals können starke

Gebäudedämmungen (metallische Bauelemente), hohe Berge oder atmosphärische Störungen sein. Ersetzen

Sie ggf. die Batterien.

Funkempfang aus- und anschalten

Sie können den Funkempfang ausschalten, indem Sie die MODE -Taste 21 und + -Taste 22 gemeinsam 2

Sekunden gedrückt halten. Das Funksymbol 17 erlischt. Die Wetterstation empfängt nun kein Signal mehr.

Sie können manuell den Funkempfang anschalten, indem Sie die MODE -Taste 21und + -Taste 22 gemeinsam

2 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Die Funkwellen 17 erlöschen. Die Wetterstation wird zwischen 04:00 Uhr und

05:00 Uhr einen neuen Empfangsversuch starten und die Zeit nach erfolgreichem Signalempfang automatisch

korrigieren. Bei erfolgreichem Empfang erscheint das Funksymbol 17 permanent.

Legen Sie die Batterien zuerst in das Batteriefach des Außensensors 38 und dann

erst in das Batteriefach der Wetterstation 18 ein.

Funkempfang neu starten

Sie können den Funkempfang neu starten, indem Sie die + -Taste 22 und - -Taste 23 gemeinsam 2 Sekunden

gedrückt halten. Das Funksymbol 17 blinkt im Display, die Wetterstation empfängt das DCF77- Funksignal.

Dieser Vorgang kann 3-10 Minuten dauern.

Schnelleinstellung

Bei der Einstellung von numerischen Werten können Sie durch Drücken und Halten der Tasten die

Schnelleinstellung verwenden.

Grundeinstellung

Sie können folgende Einstellungen vornehmen: Zeitformat 12/24 h, Temperatureinheit °C/°F,

Luftdruckeinheit hPa/inHg, Zeitzone, Zeit, Datum und die Sprache der Wochentagsanzeige. Drücken und

halten Sie die MODE-Taste 21 in der Normalzeitanzeige 2 Sekunden lang, das Zeitformat 24 hr/12hr blinkt

und kann mit der + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 eingestellt werden. Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste 21, um die

Einstellung zu bestätigen. Stellen Sie auf die gleiche Weise Luftdruckeinheit hPa/inHg, Zeitzone 00- (-)11,

Stunden, Minuten, Jahr, Monat, Tag und die Sprache der Wochentaganzeige (GE=deutsch, EN=englisch,

IT=italienisch FR=französisch, ES=spanisch, DU=niederländisch, DA=dänisch, RU=russisch) ein.

Zeitzonenanpassung

Befinden Sie sich in einem Land, in dem die aktuelle Uhrzeit trotz DCF77-Funksignal abweicht, nutzen Sie die

Zeitzonenanpassung, um Ihre Wetterstation in einer anderen Zeitzone als der Standardeinstellung (UTC + 1 =

Mitteleuropäische Zeit) zu verwenden. Stellen Sie die Differenz in Stunden (z. B. -01) zur gewünschten Zeitzone

ein.

Drücken Sie 1 x lang und 3 x kurz die MODE-Taste 21 in der Normalzeitanzeige. Die Zeitzone blinkt und kann

mit + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 eingestellt werden. Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste 21, um die Einstellung zu

bestätigen. Die Stunden blinken, die Wetterstation zeigt nach kurzer Zeit die geänderte Uhrzeit (z. B. 1 Stunde

weniger) an.

12-/24-Stunden-Zeitformat

Drücken Sie 1 x lang die MODE-Taste 21 in der Normalzeitanzeige. Das 12- oder 24-Stunden-Zeitformat

blinkt und kann mit + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 eingestellt werden. Im 12-Stunden-Zeitformat erscheint auf

dem Display vormittags AM und nachmittags PM.

Standort einstellen

Drücken Sie 1 x lang die CITY-Taste 31. Es blinkt die Abkürzung des Standorts und kann mit + -Taste 22 oder -

-Taste 23 eingestellt werden.

Wurde der Standort gewechselt, dauert es einige Zeit, bis die Werte für die Auf- und Untergangszeiten von

Sonne angezeigt werden.

Nachdem Sie den Ort eingegeben haben, berechnet Ihre Wetterstation

die ungefähren Auf- und Untergangszeiten der Sonne.

! Hinweis: Die kalkulierten Zeiten dienen nur zur Orientierung.

Abweichungen können z. B. durch das örtliche Gelände oder das

vorherrschende Wetter entstehen.

Um die Auf- und Untergangszeiten eines anderen Standortes anzuzeigen, drücken und halten Sie für 2

Sekunden die CITY -Taste 31. Das Städtekürzel blinkt und kann mit der + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 eingestellt

werden. Bestätigen Sie Ihre Eingabe mit Druck auf die CITY -Taste 31.

Mondphasen und Gezeitenstand (TIDE)

Ihre Wetterstation ist mit einer Mondphasenanzeige 12 und Gezeitenstand ausgestattet. Der Gezeitenstand

bezieht sich auf die Höhe der Flut im Verhältnis zu den Mondphasen:

die MODE-Taste 21. Stellen Sie auf die gleiche Weise die Minuten ein. Wenn Sie innerhalb von 18 Sekunden

keine Taste drücken, kehrt die Wetterstation automatisch zur Normalanzeige zurück.

Weckalarm aktivieren und deaktivieren

Sie können mit den Schiebeschaltern AL 1 -29 und AL 2 -28 die beiden Alarme getrennt aktivieren (ON) oder

deaktivieren (OFF).

Wenn der Alarm angeschaltet ist, erscheint das jeweilige Glockensymbol und/oder -15 auf dem

Display.

Wird der Alarm innerhalb von 2 Minuten nicht deaktiviert, wird er automatisch ausgeschalten und ertönt nach

24 Stundenn erneut.

Schlummerfunktion (SNOOZE)

Drücken Sie bei Ertönen des Alarms die SNOOZE/LIGHT-Taste 1, um den Alarm vorübergehend zu

deaktivieren. Im Display blinkt Z

und das Glockensymbol. Nach 5 Minuten ertönt der Alarm erneut.

Temperatur

Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste 21 1 x lang und 1 x kurz, stellen Sie C° oder F° durch

Drücken der + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 ein, um die Temperatur in Celsius (°C) oder

Fahrenheit (°F) anzuzeigen.

Temperaturwarnung

Sie können eine Temperaturwarnung mit einem oberen und unteren Grenzwert einstellen,

indem Sie die - -Taste 23 2 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Es blinkt der obere Wert (-15 - 50°C) und kann mit + -

Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 eingestellt werden. Bestätigen Sie mit Druck auf MODE -Taste 21. Es blinkt der untere

Wert (-20 - 50°C) und kann mit + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 eingestellt werden. Bestätigen Sie mit Druck auf

MODE -Taste 21. Wenn der obere Wert überschritten bzw. der unter Wert unterschritten wird, blinkt das

Warnsymbol und bei eingestellem Sensorkanal ertönt ein Alarmton.

Frostwarnung

Wenn der Außensensor eine Temperatur unter +1 °C misst, besteht Frostgefahr. Das Symbol der

Frostwarnung blinkt und es ertönt ein Alarmton. Ist die Temperatur längere Zeit unter -3°C,

erscheint nur das Symbol der Frostwarnung dauerhaft.

Hinweis: Auch wenn die Frostwarnung nicht angezeigt wird, besteht bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt

in der Regel immer die Gefahr von Frost und/oder Glatteis. Der Außensensor kann nur die lokale

Temperatur an dem Ort messen, an dem er installiert ist.

Wenn Sie mehrere Außensensoren verwenden, wird für die Frostwarnung immer der Außensensor mit dem

niedrigsten Kanal (1, 2 oder 3) verwendet.

Wettervorhersage

Hinweis: Die Wetterstation startet die Vorhersage etwa 6 Stunden nach der Eingabe des aktuellen Wetters.

Die Wettersymbole zeigen die Wettertendenz für die nächsten Stunden an und nicht das aktuelle Wetter.

Wetter verschlechtert. Wenn der Luftdruck wieder ansteigt, werden die Symbole wieder kontinuierlich

Ihre Wetterstation kann zu den Wetterdaten Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und Wettersymbol die Tendenzen

Sie können zwischen dem absoluten Abs. und relativen Rel. Luftdruck 3 wählen, indem Sie die HISTORY -Taste

30 drücken und 2 Sekunden halten. Im Display blinkt Rel. oder Abs. und kann mit + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste

23 gewechselt werden.

Hinweis: Der absolute Luftdruck wird durch die Wetterstation gemessen. Den relativen Luftdruck können Sie

bei Ihrem lokalen Wetterdienst abfragen und in die Wetterstation eingeben.

Sie können den relativen Luftdruck ändern, indem Sie die die HISTORY -Taste 30 2 Sekunden gedrückt halten.

Der Luftdruckwert blinkt und kann mit + -Taste 22 oder - -Taste 23 eingestellt werden. Bestätigen Sie Ihre

Eingabe durch Drücken der HISTORY -Taste 30.

Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste 21 1 x lang und 2 x kurz, stellen Sie hPa oder inHg durch Drücken der + -Taste

22 oder - -Taste 23 ein, um Hektopascal (hPa) oder Inches of mercury (inHg) anzuzeigen.

Drücken Sie die HISTORY -Taste 30, um die Luftdruckwerte der letzten 12 Stunden abzulesen.

0 – HR = gegenwärtiger Luftdruck

- 1 HR = Luftdruck eine Stunde früher

- 2 HR = Luftdruck zwei Stunden früher usw.

Außensensor/Kanaleinstellung

Mit Ihrer Wetterstation können bis zu drei Außensensoren gleichzeitig verwendet werden. Öffnen Sie das

Batteriefach des Außensensors 38 und stellen Sie den gewünschten Kanal (1-3) am Kanalwahlschalter 40 ein.

Drücken und halten Sie für 2 Sekunden die CH -Taste 24 an der Wetterstation, die Wetterstation empfängt nun

das Signal des Außensensors . Schließen Sie das Batteriefach.

! Hinweis: Der Außensensor muss in einem Umkreis von maximal 100 m ohne Hindernisse zur

Wetterstation stehen.

Wenn Sie mehrere Außensensoren benutzen: Drücken Sie in der Normalzeitanzeige die CH -Taste 24, um

zwischen den Empfangskanälen zu wechseln. Das Rotationssymbol zeigt im Display 9 an, dass zwischen

den verschiedenen Empfangskanälen automatisch gewechselt wird.

Es werden nur Außensensoren angezeigt, die angesprochen werden. Drücken und halten Sie die CH -Taste 24,

um unbenutzte Kanäle zu entfernen oder neue Kanäle hinzuzufügen.

Raumluftfeuchtigkeit

Die aktuelle Raumluftfeuchtigkeit 5 wird im Display angezeigt. Die Komfortsymbole zeigen die

Raumluftfeuchtigkeit in 3 Kategorien an:

> 60 %

Maximal- und Minimalwerte

Die maximale und minimale Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit wird ab dem Einlegen der Batterien gespeichert.

Drücken Sie wiederholt kurz die + -Taste 22, um die maximale MAX, minimale MIN und aktuelle

Innenraumtemperatur 7, Raumluftfeuchtigkeit 5 und Außentemperatur 9, Außenluftfeuchtigkeit 4 im Display

abzulesen.

Die Minimal- und der Maximalwerte werden jede Nacht um 00:00 Uhr automatisch gelöscht.

Batteriestandsanzeige

Wenn die Batterien zu schwach werden, um die Wetterstation, den Außensensor und die

Datenübertragung in Betrieb zu halten, erscheint die Batteriestandsanzeige 6 oder 8 im Display.

Die Batterien sollten schnellstmöglich in allen Geräten ersetzt werden. Starten Sie die Wetterstation neu.

Neustart (RESET)

Drücken Sie die RESET-Taste 26, um die Wetterstation zurückzusetzen und den Funkempfang neu zu starten.

Reinigungshinweis

Unsachgemäße Reinigung kann das Gerät beschädigen. Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere

Flüssigkeiten. Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel, Bürsten mit Metall- oder Nylonborsten sowie

keine scharfen oder metallischen Reinigungsgegenstände wie Messer, harte Spachtel und dergleichen. Diese

können die Oberfläche beschädigen. Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, trockenen, fusselfreien Tuch,

wie es z. B. zur Reinigung von Brillengläsern verwendet wird.

Entsorgung

Das Produkt und die Verpackungsmaterialien sind recycelbar, entsorgen Sie diese getrennt für eine bessere

Abfallbehandlung. Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Produktes erfahren Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde-

oder Stadtverwaltung.

Werfen Sie Ihr Gerät, wenn es ausgedient hat, im Interesse der Umwelt nicht in den Hausmüll,

sondern führen Sie es einer fachgerechten Entsorgung zu. Über Sammelstellen und deren

Öffnungszeiten können Sie sich bei Ihrer zuständigen Verwaltung informieren. Beachten Sie die aktuell

geltenden Vorschriften.

Entsorgung der Batterien

Defekte oder verbrauchte Batterien/Akkus müssen gemäß Richtlinie 2006/66/EG und deren

Änderungen recycelt werden. Geben Sie Batterien/Akkus und/oder das Produkt über die

angebotenen Sammeleinrichtungen zurück.

Umweltschäden durch falsche Entsorgung der Batterien/Akkus!

Batterien/Akkus dürfen nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Sie können giftige Schwermetalle

enthalten und unterliegen der Sondermüllbehandlung. Die chemischen Symbole der Schwermetalle sind

wie folgt: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei. Geben Sie deshalb verbrauchte Batterien/Akkus

bei einer kommunalen Sammelstelle ab.

unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.

Garantiebedingungen

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird

als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt. Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieser Wetterstation ein

Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird die Wetterstation von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos

repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Drei-Jahres-Frist die defekte

Wetterstation und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der

Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist. Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie die

reparierte oder eine neue Wetterstation zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer

Garantiezeitraum.

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche

Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und reparierte Teile.

Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet

werden. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpﬂichtig.

Garantieumfang

Die Wetterstation wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor Anlieferung

gewissenhaft geprüft. Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt

sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen

werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus oder die aus Glas

gefertigt sind. Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn die Wetterstation beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder

gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung der Wetterstation sind alle in der Bedienungsanleitung

aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der

Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Die Wetterstation ist lediglich für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei

missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer

autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

DANGER D’EXPLOSION !

Conservez vos piles hors de portée de jeunes enfants. En cas d’avalement d’une pile, il faut consulter un

médecin immédiatement. Les piles/accus doit être mis dans le bon sens (respect des polarités). Nettoyez les

contacts des piles et appareils avant. N’essayez pas de recharger des piles, de les court-circuiter ou de les

ouvrir. Ne jetez jamais de piles dans le feu car il y a danger d’explosion. Si vous n’utilisez pas cet appareil

pendant un certain temps, retirez-en les piles et conservez-le à un endroit sec et à l’abri de la poussière. En

cas d‘utilisation mal appropriée des piles/accus, il y a danger d’explosion et d’écoulement. Si une pile

devait avoir coulé, évitez tout contact avec la peau, les yeux et les muqueuses. Mettez des gants. En cas de

contact avec l’acide des piles, rincez abondamment les parties touchées à l’eau claire et consultez

immédiatement un médecin. Des piles usées doivent être retirées immédiatement de l’appareil : danger

d’écoulement accru.

Accrochez ou posez votre station de base à un endroit sûr

Ce station de base n‘a pas été conçu pour servir dans une pièce très humide (une salle de bains, par ex.).

Veuillez SVP veiller à ce que:

 à ce que la pièce où est utilisé l‘appareil soit toujours suffisamment aérée (ne le placez pas dans une

étagère ou à un endroit où des rideaux ou des meubles pourraient entraver la fonctionnalité des fentes

Accrochez ou posez votre sonde extérieure à un endroit sûr

Placez la sonde extérieure de manière à ce qu'il soit protégé des intempéries directes, par exemple sous un

auvent ou un abri d'auto. Le capteur fait partie de la classe de protection IPX4 - il est donc protégé contre les

éclaboussures d'eau. Veuillez SVP veiller à ce que:

 la sonde soit posée ou suspendue debout;

 où est utilisé l‘appareil soit toujours suffisamment aérée et prévoyez au moins 10 cm d’écartement de tous

 à ce que l‘appareil ne soit pas exposé au soleil direct;

Mise en service

Retirez le film protecteur de la station de base et de la sonde extérieure. Ouvrez le compartiment à piles de la

sonde extérieure 38 et mettez-y les piles livrées avec l’appareil en en respectant les polarités. Le

voyant de contrôle 37 s’allume brièvement et la température s‘affiche sur l’écran de la sonde.

Refermez le compartiment à piles. Ouvrez le compartiment à piles de la station de base 18 et mettez-y les

piles livrées avec l’appareil en en respectant les polarités. Refermez le compartiment à piles.

Symbole de réception radio de la sonde extérieure clignote et la station météo reçoit alors le signal du

sonde extérieur. Cette procédure peut durer quelques minutes. Pendant ce temps, le signal du capteur

extérieur clignote. Quand la connexion est établie, le canal sélectionné s’affiche 1, 2 ou 3 et la température

actuelle 9 de la sonde et l'hygrométrie extérieure actuelle 4 apparaissent à l'écran. Cette procédure terminée,

la station active la recherche du signal radio horaire DCF77 et le symbole de réception radio17 clignote

sur l’écran, à côté de l’affichage de l‘heure. Cette procédure peut prendre 3 à 10 mn. Pendant la recherché

du signal radio horaire, aucune touche de la station n’est active, sauf la touche SNOOZE/LIGHT (1). Si la

réception du signal horaire échoue après 10 minutes, le symbole de réception radio17 s´éteint. Réglez

l´heure manuellement (voir réglage de base). La station météo activera une nouvelle tentative de réception à

04h00 et à 05h00 et corrigera l´heure automatiquement à la réception du signal.

Remarque: Prière de ne pas changer les appareils de place (ni la station ni la sonde) pendant une

recherche.

Quand la recherche du signal radio a abouti, le symbole de réception radio17 apparaît fixe sur

l’écran de la station de base et toutes ces données s’affichent automatiquement sur l’écran: l’heure

actuelle, la date, le jour de la semaine, l’heure du lever et du coucher du soleil et ainsi que la phase lunaire.

Pendant l’heure d’été, la mention DST s’affiche à côté de le symbole de réception radio17 .

Perturbations dans la réception du signal radio

Le signal radio horaire DCF77 est émis à partir de la région de Francfort sur le Main, celui-ci peut être capté

dans un rayon d’env. 1500 km autour de Francfort/M. Toutefois, certains facteurs peuvent perturber

considérablement la réception du signal. Au cas où votre base ne capterait pas bien le signal radio horaire,

accrochez-la ou placez-la à un autre endroit et tenez compte du fait que, à proximité d’un ordinateur, d’un

poste de télephone, de radio ou de télévision, votre station sera éventuellement exposée au rayonnement

électromagnétique qui se dégage de ces appareils et qui peut perturber la réception du signal DCF77.

D’autres sources de perturbations possibles sont certains éléments épais d’isolation utilisés dans le bâtiment

(éléments de construction métalliques), montagnes élevées ou perturbations atmosphériques. Procédez

éventuellement à un changement de piles.

Activer et désactiver la réception du signal radio horaire

Vous pouvez désactiver la réception du signal radio en appuyant simultanément sur la touche 21 - MODE et

sur la touche 22 + - pendant deux secondes. Le symbole de réception radio17 s´éteint. La station météo

ne reçoit plus de signal radio.

Vous pouvez démarrer manuellement la réception radio en appuyant simultanément sur la touche 21 - MODE

et la touche 22 + - pendant deux secondes. Les ondes radio 17 s´éteignent. La station météo pour

l´heure après la réception du signal radio. En cas de réception réussie, le symbole de réception radio 17

reste affiché en permanence.

Activez d’abord la sonde extérieure 38, puis la station de base 18 en y mettant

respectivement des piles.

Redémarrer la réception du signal radio

Vous pouvez démarrer à nouveau la réception radio en appuyant simultanément sur la touche 22 + - et la

touche 23 - - pendant deux secondes. Le symbole de réception radio 17 clignote à l´écran. La station

météo capte le signal radio DCF77. Ce processus de réception peut prendre 3 à 10 minutes.

Réglage rapide

Pour accélérer l’entrée de valeurs numériques, appuyez sur les touches en les maintenant enfoncées.

Réglage de base

Vous pouvez effectuer les réglages suivants: le format horaire 12/24 heures, l´unité de température °C/°F,

l´unité de pression atmosphérique hPa/inHg, le fuseau horaire, l´heure, la date et la langue pour les jours de

la semaine. Appuyez pendant deux secondes sur la touche 21- MODE dans l´affichage normal de l´heure,

le format horaire 24 heures/12 heures clignote et peut être réglé avec la touche 22 + - ou la touche 23 - -.

Appuyez sur la touche 21- MODE pour confirmer le réglage. Réglez de la même manière l´unité de pression

atmosphérique hPa/inHg, le fuseau horaire 00- (-) 11, les heures, les minutes, l´année, le mois, le jour et la

langue pour les jours de la semaine (GE=allemand, EN=anglais, IT=italien FR=français, ES=espagnol,

DU=néerlandais, DA=danois, RU=russe).

Réglage du fuseau horaire

Si vous vous trouvez dans un pays dont l'heure actuelle diffère de l'heure du signal DCF77, modifiez le fuseau

horaire. Utilisez la fonction de réglage du fuseau horaire pour vous servir du station dans un autre pays/sous

un autre fuseau horaire que celui du format standard (UTC + 1 = Heure en Europe Centrale). Entrez la

différence en heures (-01, par ex.) entre le format standard et le fuseau horaire souhaité.

Appuyez 1 x longuement et 3 x brièvement sur la touche 21- MODE dans l´affichage normal de l´heure. Le

fuseau horaire clignote et peut être réglé avec la touche 22 + - ou la touche 23 - -. Appuyez sur la touche 21

– MODE pour confirmer le réglage. Les heures clignotent, la station météo affiche peu après l´heure modifiée

(par exemple 1 heure en moins).

Format horaire 12/24

Appuyez 1 x longuement sur la touche 21 – MODE dans l´affichage normal de l´heure. Le format horaire

12 ou 24 heures clignote et peut être réglé avec la touche 22 + - ou la touche 23 - -. En format horaire 12

heures, la mention AM s´affiche sur l´écran le matin et PM l´après-midi.

Définir la localisation

Appuyez 1 x longuement sur la touche 31 - CITY. L´abréviation de la localisation clignote et peut être réglée

avec la touche 22 + - ou la touche 23 - -.

Si l´emplacement a été modifié, l´affichage des nouvelles heures de lever et de coucher de la lune et du

soleil prendra un certain temps.

Des écarts peuvent survenir par exemple en fonction du terrain local ou

de la météo prédominante.

Pour afficher les heures de coucher et de lever du soleil d´une autre localisation, appuyez pendant deux

secondes sur la touche 31 - CITY. L´abréviation de la ville clignote et peut être réglée avec la touche 22 + -

ou la touche 23 - -. Confirmez votre saisie en appuyant sur la touche 31- CITY.

Votre station météo est dotée d´un affichage des phases lunaires 12 et de la marée. Le niveau de la marée se

Activer et désactiver l´heure de réveil

Avec les boutons poussoirs AL 1 -29 et AL 2 -28, vous pouvez activer les deux alarmes séparément (ON) ou

les désactiver (OFF).

Lorsque l´alarme est activée, le symbole de la cloche correspondant et / ou -15 apparaît à l´écran.

Si l ´alarme n´est pas désactivée dans les deux minutes, elle s´arrête automatiquement et retentit de nouveau

après 24 heures.

Fonction de répétition (SNOOZE)

Lorsque l´alarme retentit, appuyez sur la touche 1 SNOOZE/LIGHT pour désactivée temporairement

l´alarme. Z

et le symbole de la cloche clignotent à l´écran. L´alarme retentit de nouveau après 5 minutes.

Température

Appuyez 1 x longuement et 1 x brièvement sur la touche 21 – MODE. Sélectionnez C°

ou F° en appuyant sur la touche 22 + - ou sur la touche 23 - -, pour afficher la

température en degrés Celsius (°C) ou en Fahrenheit (°F).

Avertissement de température

Vous pouvez définir un avertissement de température avec une limite supérieure et

inférieure en appuyant deux secondes sur la touche 23 - -. La limite supérieure clignote (-15 - 50°C) et peut

être réglée avec la touche 22 + -ou la touche 23 - -. Confirmez la limite en appuyant sur la touche 21-

MODE. La limite inférieure clignote (-20 - 50°C) et peut être réglée avec la touche 22 + - ou la touche 23 -.

Confirmez-la en appuyant sur la touche 21 - MODE. Si la limite supérieure est dépassée ou si la température

est en-dessous de la limite inférieure, le symbole d´avertissement clignote et un signal d´alarme retentit

lorsque le canal de la sonde extérieure est réglé.

Avertissement de gel

Si la sonde extérieure mesure une température inférieure à +1 °C, il y a un risque de gel. Le

symbole de l´avertissement de gel clignote et un signal d´alarme retentit. Si la

température est en-dessous de -3°C pendant une période prolongée, le symbole de l´avertissement de gel

est affiché en permanence.

Remarque: Même si l´avertissement de gel n´est pas affiché, il y a toujours un risque de gel et / ou de

verglas lorsque les températures sont proches de zéro degré. La sonde extérieure ne peut mesurer que la

température locale à l´endroit où elle est installée.

Si vous utilisez plusieurs sondes extérieures, la sonde extérieure avec le canal le plus bas (1, 2 ou 3) sera

toujours utilisé pour l´avertissement de gel.

Remarque: La pression absolue est mesurée par la station météo. Vous pouvez vous renseigner sur la

pression relative auprès de votre service météorologique local et la saisir dans la station météo.

Vous pouvez modifier la pression relative en appuyant 2 secondes sur la touche 30 - HISTORY. La valeur de

la pression clignote et peut être réglée avec la touche 22 + - ou la touche 23 - -. Confirmez votre saisie en

appuyant sur la touche 30 - HISTORY.

Appuyez 1 x longuement et 2 x brièvement sur la touche 21 - MODE, sélectionnez hPa ou inHg en appuyant

Sonde extérieure/Réglage du canal de transmission

Il est possible avec cet appareil d’utiliser trois sondes extérieures en même temps. Pour activer le canal de

transmission voulu (de 1 à 3), ouvrez le compartiment à piles 38 de votre sonde et réglez avec le bouton de

sélection 40.

Appuyez pendant deux secondes sur la touche 24 – CH de la station météo, la station reçoit maintenant le

signal de la sonde extérieure . Refermez le compartiment à piles.

! Remarque: Le rayon d´émission entre la sonde extérieure et la station météo est de 100

mètres maximum en champ libre.

Si vous utilisez plusieurs sondes extérieures: dans l ´affichage normal de l´heure, appuyez sur la touche 24 -

CH pour alterner entre les canaux de réception. Le symbole de rotation indique à l´écran 9, qu´il y a un

changement automatique entre les différents canaux de réception.

Seules les sondes extérieures enregistrées sont affichées. Appuyez sur la touche 16 - CH en maintenant la

pression pour supprimer les canaux inutilisés ou en ajouter de nouveaux.

Hygrométrie intérieure

L´hygrométrie intérieure actuelle 5 est affichée à l´écran. Les symboles de confort indiquent

l´hygrométrie intérieure en 3 catégories:

Valeurs maximale et minimale

Dès que les piles sont insérées, la température minimale, la température maximale ainsi que l´humidité de

l´air sont enregistrées.

Appuyez brièvement de manière répétée sur la touche 22 + - pour lire à l´écran la température maximale

MAX, la température minimale MIN, la température intérieure actuelle 7, l´hygrométrie intérieure 5, la

température extérieure 9 et l´hygrométrie extérieure 4.

La valeur minimale et la valeur maximale sont effacées automatiquement chaque nuit à 00h00.

Indicateur de piles faibles

Quand les piles de vos appareils, station de base et sonde extérieure, sont devenues trop faibles pour assurer

leur bon fonctionnement et la transmission des données, l’indicateur de piles faibles s’affiche

sur l’écran en pos. 6 ou 8. Dans ce cas, il faudra changer les piles des deux appareils

rapidement. Redémarrez alors votre station météo.

Redémarrage (RESET)

Appuyez sur la touche RESET 26 pour réinitialiser la station météo et redémarrer la réception radio.

Consignes de nettoyage

Un nettoyage inapproprié peut endommager l´appareil. Ne plongez pas l´appareil dans l´eau ou dans

d´autres liquides. N´utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs, de brosses à poils métalliques ou en

nylon, ainsi qu´aucun objet de nettoyage tranchant ou métallique, tel que couteau, spatule dure et autres

objets. Ceux-ci peuvent endommager la surface. Veuillez nettoyer l´appareil avec un chiffon doux, sec et non

pelucheux, comme celui utilisé par exemple pour nettoyer les lunettes.

Élimination

Le produit et les matériaux d´emballage sont recyclables, éliminez-les séparément pour un meilleur traitement

des déchets. Vous pouvez vous informer sur les possibilités d´élimination du produit utilisé auprès de votre

commune / municipalité.

Lors du tri des déchets, veuillez prendre en compte l´étiquetage des matériaux

d´emballage qui est caractérisé par des abréviations (a) et des numéros (b) avec

la signification suivante: 1-7: les matières plastiques / 20-22: le papier et le

carton / 80-98: les matériaux composites.

Évacuation de l´appareil électrique

Retirez les piles avant de vous débarrasser de l´appareil et éliminez-les séparément des

ordures ménagères (voir élimination des piles). La station météo radioguidée ne doit pas être

jetée avec les déchets ménagers ordinaires. Dans l´intérêt de l´environnement, ne jetez pas

votre appareil usagé avec les déchets domestiques, mais éliminez-le de manière appropriée.

Vous pouvez vous informer sur les points de collecte ainsi que leurs heures d´ouverture auprès de votre

administration locale. Veuillez respecter la réglementation en vigueur.

Évacuation des piles

Les piles/accumulateurs défectueux ou usagés doivent être recyclés conformément à la

Dommages causés à l´environnement par une évacuation incorrecte des piles et

des accumulateurs!

Les piles/accumulateurs ne doivent pas être jetés avec les ordures ménagères. Ils peuvent contenir des

métaux lourds toxiques et sont soumis au traitement des déchets spéciaux. Les symboles chimiques des

métaux lourds sont les suivants: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = mercure, Pb = plomb. Par conséquent, remettez les

piles/accumulateurs usagés à un point de collecte municipal.

Recyclage

L´emballage du produit est constitué de matériaux recyclables.

Éliminez-les dans le respect de l´environnement grâce aux systèmes de collecte aménagés.

Élimination des déchets

Débarrassez-vous de l´emballage dans le respect de l´environnement. Veuillez prendre en

compte l´étiquetage des différents matériaux d´emballage et séparez-les si nécessaire.

Nous accordons sur ce produit une garantie de 3 ans à partir de la date de l’achat. En cas de vice de

fabrication, vous bénéficiez de recours légaux contre le vendeur. La présente garantie n'affecte pas vos droits

légaux.

Conditions de la garantie

La période de garantie commence à la date de l’achat. Veuillez donc conserver soigneusement votre ticket de

caisse en original. Ce document est nécessaire comme preuve d’achat.

Si un défaut de matériel ou de fabrication devait se révéler pendant la période de garantie (3 ans à partir de

la date d’achat), il nous incomberait de réparer ou de remplacer gratuitement – selon notre choix - le produit

défectueux.

Une prestation de garantie présuppose la restitution du produit défectueux sous présentation du justificatif

d’achat (ticket de caisse) pendant 3 ans à partir de la date de l’achat, ainsi qu’une courte description écrite

du défaut réclamé avec notification de la date à laquelle ce défaut est apparu. Si le défaut réclamé est

couvert par la garantie, nous vous retournerons votre produit réparé ou un produit de remplacement. La

réparation ou l’échange d’un produit réclamé ne prolonge pas la période de garantie.

Période de garantie et droits légaux

Une prestation de garantie ne prolonge pas la période de garantie.

Cette clause est valable aussi pour toute pièce échangée ou réparée. Tout défaut ou vice de fabrication doit

être signalé dès ouverture de l‘emballage. La période de garantie écoulée, toute réparation sera facturée.

Etendue de la garantie

Cette station météorologique a été fabriquée avec soin selon des directives de qualité strictes et elle a fait

l’objet de tests scrupuleux avant la livraison. La garantie couvre tous les défauts de matériel ou vices de

fabrication. La garantie ne s’applique pas aux pièces soumises à des sollicitations normales et dites pièces

d’usure ni à la détérioration de pièces fragiles comme boutons, piles ou pièces en verre, par ex. La garantie

s’annule si la station météorologique a été détériorée, utilisée ou entretenue de manière inappropriée. Pour

une utilisation appropriée de l’appareil, il faudra suivre scrupuleusement toutes les instructions du mode

d’emploi. Toute utilisation ou manipulation déconseillées dans le mode d’emploi ou contre lesquelles nous

avons mis en garde dans le mode d’emploi sont interdites. Cette station météorologique est destinée

uniquement à un usage privé et non à un usage commercial. En cas de manipulation abusive et inadéquate du

produit, de recours à la force et d’interventions non effectuées par notre société de SAV agréée, la garantie

s’annulera.

En vue de traiter votre demande le plus rapidement possible, nous vous prions de bien vouloir observer les

instructions suivantes:

 Vous trouverez le numéro de l’article sur une plaque d’identification, dans une mention gravée, dans le

Complimenti per aver acquistato il vostro nuovo stazione meteorologica. Avete scelto un prodotto di alta

qualità. L’istruzioni per l’uso sono parte integrante di questo stazione meteorologica. Contengono importanti

avvertenze per la sicurezza, per l’utilizzo e lo smaltimento del prodotto. Assicuratevi di aver letto

attentamente tutte le avvertenze di uso e di sicurezza prima di utilizzare la stazione meteorologica. Utilizzate

stazione meteorologica attenendovi esclusivamente alle istruzioni e alle modalità riportate. Non dimenticate

di consegnare tutta la relativa documentazione in caso cediate la stazione meteorologica a terzi. Conservate

la confezione e il manuale per eventuali ulteriori chiarimenti.

Utilizzo conforme alle norme

La stazione meteorologica è destinato ad indicare l‘ora. Qualsiasi altro uso o modifica dalla stazione

meteorologica non è conforme alle norme. Il produttore non risponde di danni causati da un uso errato o non

conforme alle norme. La stazione meteorologica non è indicato per l’uso commerciale.

Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da persone (inclusi bambini a partire da 8 anni) con capacità

fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotti o che non hanno dimestichezza o nozioni sufficienti solo in presenza di altre

persone o se sono stati istruiti su come usare in maniera sicura l’apparecchio e sui pericoli connessi al suo

utilizzo. I bambini non devono giocare con l‘apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione dell’utente non può

essere eseguita da bambini senza la presenza di altre persone. Tenete lontano dai bambini anche le pellicole

per l’imballaggio, c’è il rischio di soffocamento.

PERICOLO PER LA SALUTE!

PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE!

Conservate le batterie lontano dalla portata dei bambini. Se una batteria è stata inghiottita è necessario

consultare immediatamente un medico. Le batterie/devono essere inserite sempre tenendo conto della

polarità. In caso di bisogno pulite prima i contatti della batteria e dell’apparecchio. Non cercate di ricaricare

le batterie, provocare corti circuiti o aprirle. Non gettate mai le batterie nel fuoco, potrebbero esplodere. Se

non utilizzate a lungo questo apparecchio estraete la batteria e conservatela in un luogo asciutto e privo di

polvere. In caso di uso non conforme della batteria c’è il rischio di esplosione e fuoriuscita di liquidi. Se la

batteria è esaurita evitate contatti con la pelle, con gli occhi e mucose. Utilizzate dei guanti. In caso di

contatto con l’acido della batteria siete pregati di sciacquare la parte interessata con acqua pulita e di

rivolgervi subito ad un medico. Estraete dall’apparecchio le batterie esaurite, sussiste un forte rischio di

fuoriuscita di liquidi.

Appendere o posizionare la stazione meteorologica in modo sicuro

La stazione meteorologica non sono adatti per l’utilizzo in ambienti particolarmente umidi (ad es. bagno). Per

il montaggio a parete utilizzare i tasselli e le viti in dotazione. In particolare prestate attenzione che:

 ci sia sempre sufficiente areazione (non collocate l’apparecchio su scaffali o in altri luoghi dove tende o

mobili potrebbero ostruire le fessure di areazione e lasciate almeno uno spazio di 10 cm da tutti i lati);

 durante il funzionamento l’apparecchio non si trovi su un tappeto spesso o su un letto e non sia a contatto

diretto con fonti di calore (ad es. termosifoni);

 l’apparecchio non sia esposto alla luce diretta del sole;

 l’apparecchio non sia esposto a gocciolamenti o spruzzi di acqua;

 l’apparecchio non si trovi in prossimità di campi magnetici (ad es. altoparlanti);

 l’apparecchio non entri a contatto con corpi esterni o polvere;

 candele e altre fiamme siano tenute sempre a distanza dall’apparecchio per evitare che il fuoco si

propaghi;

 proteggere le superfici delicate prima di posizionare il sensore esterno.

Appendere o posizionare il sensore esterno in modo sicuro

Posizionate il sensore in modo che sia protetto dalle intemperie, ad es. sotto una pensilina o una tettoia. Il

sensore ha un grado di protezione IPX4 - pertanto è protetto dagli spruzzi. Per il montaggio a parete

utilizzare i tasselli e le viti in dotazione. In particolare prestate attenzione che:

 il sensore sia in posizione verticale o appeso;

 ci sia sempre sufficiente areazione (lasciate almeno uno spazio di 10 cm da tutti i lati);

 l’apparecchio non sia esposto alla luce diretta del sole;

 l’apparecchio non si trovi in prossimità di campi magnetici (ad es. altoparlanti);

 l’apparecchio non entri a contatto con corpi esterni o polvere;

 proteggere le superfici delicate prima di posizionare il sensore esterno.

Messa in funzione

Rimuovete la pellicola di protezione dalla stazione meteorologica e dal sensore. Aprite il vano batteria del

sensore esterno 38 e inserite le batterie in dotazione tenendo conto della polarità. La lampada di

controllo 37 si illumina temporaneamente e viene visualizzata la temperatura. Adesso richiudete il

vano batteria. Aprite il vano batteria della stazione meteorologica 18 e inserite le batterie in dotazione

tenendo conto della polarità. Chiudete adesso il vano batteria.

Il simbolo radio del sensore esterno lampeggia e la stazione riceve ora il segnale del sensore. Questo

procedimento potrebbe richiedere alcuni minuti. In caso di avvenuta ricezione verrà visualizzato il

canale selezionato 1, 2 o 3, apparirà la temperatura esterna 9 e umidità esterna attuale 4. A ricezione

avvenuta del sensore esterno la stazione meteorologica avvia la ricezione del segnale radio DCF77 e il

simbolo radio 17 lampeggia nel display vicino l’ora. Questo procedimento potrebbe richiedere dai 3 ai

10 minuti. Durante la ricezione tutti i tasti tranne il tasto SNOOZE/LIGHT 5 sono privi di funzione. Se anche

dopo 10 minuti la ricezione del segnale non è andata a buon fine, l’ora dovrà essere impostata

manualmente, il simbolo radio 17 si spegnerà. La stazione meteorologica effettuerà un nuovo tentativo di

ricezione alle 04:00 e alle 05:00 e l’ora si correggerà automaticamente ad avvenuta ricezione del segnale.

Importante: Siete pregati di non muovere la stazione radio e il sensore esterno durante il tentativo di

ricezione.

A ricezione avvenuta viene visualizzata il simbolo radio 17 e automaticamente si impostano

correttamente le ore, la data, il giorno della settimana, sorgere e tramonto del sole e anche la fase

lunare. Durante la modalità ora estate sul display appare la scritta DST vicino il simbolo radio 17 .

Disturbi di ricezione

Il segnale radio DCF77 viene inviato da Francoforte sul Meno e ha un raggio di copertura di ca. 1500 km.

Tuttavia esistono delle fonti d’interferenza che potrebbero disturbare sensibilmente la ricezione. Qualora la

vostra stazione meteorologica non ricevesse correttamente il segnale radio, appendetelo o collocatelo in un

punto diverso, tenendo presente che in prossimità di computer, telefono, radio e TV l’apparecchio potrebbe

essere esposto a radiazioni elettromagnetiche che possono disturbare la ricezione del segnale radio DCF77.

Altre fonti d’interferenza per la ricezione del segnale radio possono essere isolamenti di edifici spessi

(strutture in metallo), montagne elevate o perturbazioni atmosferiche. In caso di necessità sostituite le batterie.

Attivare/disattivare la ricezione del segnale radio

È possibile disattivare la ricezione del segnale radio tenendo premuto contemporaneamente il tasto MODE

21 e il tasto +- 22 per 2 secondi. La torre radio 17 scompare dal display. A questo punto, la stazione

meteorologica non riceve più alcun segnale.

È possibile attivare manualmente la ricezione del segnale radio tenendo premuto per 2 secondi il tasto

MODE 21 e il tasto + - 22. Le onde radio 17 scompaiono. La stazione meteorologica effettuerà un nuovo

tentativo di ricezione tra le 04:00 e le 05:00 e in caso di avvenuta ricezione del segnale correggerà l’orario

automaticamente. In caso di avvenuta ricezione del segnale, la torre radio 17 comparirà

permanentemente.

Inserite dapprima la batteria nel sensore esterno 38 e poi nella stazione

meteorologica 18.

Riavviare la ricezione del segnale radio

È possibile riavviare la ricezione del segnale radio tenendo premuto per due secondi il tasto + - 22 insieme al

tasto - - 23. Il simbolo della torre radio 17 lampeggia sul display e la stazione meteorologica riceve il

segnale radio DCF77. Questa procedura può durare 3-10 minuti.

Impostazione rapida

Se desiderate impostare valori numerici potete tenere premuto per qualche secondo i tasti per passare alla

funzione impostazione rapida.

Impostazioni di base

È possibile effettuare le seguenti impostazioni: formato ora 12/24 h, unità di misura della temperatura

°C/°F, unità di misura della pressione hPa/inHg, fuso orario, ora, data e lingua di visualizzazione del

giorno della settimana. Tenere premuto il tasto MODE 21 per 2 secondi nella visualizzazione standard

dell’orario; il formato ora 12/24 h inizia a lampeggiare e può essere impostato con il tasto + - 22 o con il

tasto - - 23. Premere il tasto MODE 21 per confermare l’impostazione. Impostare allo stesso modo l’unità di

misura della pressione hPa/inHg, il fuso orario 00- (-)11, le ore, i minuti, l’anno, il mese, il giorno e la lingua

di visualizzazione del giorno della settimana (GE=tedesco, EN=inglese, IT=italiano, FR=francese,

ES=spagnolo, DU=olandese, DA=danese, RU=russo).

Impostazione del fuso orario

Se vi trovate in un paese nel quale l'ora attuale è diversa nonostante il segnale DCF77, utilizzate l'opzione

per adattare il fuso orario, per utilizzare la vostra stazione meteorologica in un fuso orario diverso da quello

solito (UTC + 1 = ora dell’Europa centrale). Impostate la differenza di ore (ad es. -01) rispetto al fuso orario

desiderato. Infine riavviate il tutto.

Premere il tasto MODE 21 1 volta a lungo e brevemente per 3 volte nella visualizzazione standard

dell’orario. Il fuso orario lampeggia e può essere regolato con il tasto + - 22 o con il tasto - - 23. Premere il

tasto MODE 21 per confermare l’impostazione. Le ore lampeggiano e la stazione meteorologica mostra

dopo poco tempo l’orario modificato (ad esempio 1 ora in meno).

Formato ore 12/24

Premere il tasto MODE 21 1 volta a lungo nella visualizzazione standard dell’orario. Il formato ora 12 o 24

ore lampeggia e può essere regolato con il tasto + - 22 o con il tasto - - 23. Nel formato ora 12 ore, sul

display compare AM al mattino e PM il pomeriggio.

Impostazione del luogo

Premere il tasto CITY 31 1 volta a lungo. L’abbreviazione del luogo lampeggia e può essere impostata con il

tasto + - 22 o con il tasto - - 23.

Se il luogo è stato cambiato, ci vorrà un po’ di tempo prima di poter visualizzare i dati relativi all’orario del

sorgere e del tramonto del Sole.

al tempo meteorologico prevalente o alla posizione geografica.

Se si desidera vedere gli orari dell’alba e del tramonto in un’altra località, tenere premuto il tasto CITY 31 per

2 secondi. L’abbreviazione della città lampeggia e può essere impostata con i tasti + - 22 o - -23.

Confermare la propria scelta premendo il tasto CITY 31.

Attivare e disattivare l’allarme sveglia

Tramite le levette AL 1 -29 e AL 2 -28 è possibile attivare (ON) o disattivare (OFF) separatamente entrambi

gli allarmi.

In caso di allarme attivato, compare il simbolo della campana e/o -15 sul display.

Se l’allarme non viene disattivato entro 2 minuti, si spegnerà in automatico e suonerà nuovamente dopo

24 ore.

Funzione ripetizione sveglia (SNOOZE)

Se suona l’allarme premere il tasto SNOOZE/LIGHT 1, in modo tale da disattivarlo temporaneamente. Sul

display lampeggerà Z

e il simbolo della campana. L’allarme suonerà nuovamente dopo 5 minuti.

Temperatura

Premere il tasto MODE 21 1 volta a lungo e brevemente per 1 volta. Scegliere °C o °F

premendo il tasto + - 22 o il tasto - - 23 per visualizzare la temperatura in Celsius (°C) o

in Fahrenheit (°F).

Avviso di temperatura

È possibile impostare un avviso di temperatura con un valore limite superiore e inferiore

tenendo premuto il tasto - - 23 per 2 secondi. Il valore superiore lampeggia (-15 - 50°C) e può essere

regolato con i tasti + - 22 o - -23. Confermare premendo il tasto MODE 21. Il valore inferiore lampeggia (-

20 - 50°C) e può essere regolato con i tasti + - 22 o - -23. Confermare premendo il tasto MODE 21. Se il

valore superiore viene superato o si scende al di sotto del valore inferiore, il simbolo di avvertimento

lampeggia e se il canale del sensore è impostato, suona un allarme.

Avviso di gelo

Se il sensore esterno rileva una temperatura inferiore a +1°C, vi è un rischio di gelo. Il simbolo

dell’avviso di gelo lampeggia e suona un allarme. Se la temperatura è inferiore a -3°C

per un periodo di tempo prolungato, viene visualizzato in modo permanente solo il simbolo dell’avviso di

gelo .

Attenzione: Anche se l’avviso di gelo non viene visualizzato, di solito c’è sempre il rischio di gelo e/o

ghiaccio a temperature vicine al punto di congelamento. Il sensore esterno è in grado di misurare solo la

temperatura del luogo in cui è installato.

Se si utilizzano più sensori esterni, per l’allarme gelo viene sempre utilizzato il sensore esterno con il canale

più basso (1, 2 o 3).

Premere una volta il tasto - -23 per attivare l’allarme di temperatura .

Premere nuovamente il tasto - - 23 per attivare l’avviso di gelo .

Attenzione: La stazione meteorologica cue inizia le previsioni circa 6 ore dopo l’inserimento del meteo

attuale.

I simboli del meteo mostrano la tendenza meteorologica per le prossime ore e non le condizioni meteo attuali.

Se il simbolo del meteo inizia a lampeggiare e la pressione atmosferica diminuisce, significa che il tempo sta

peggiorando. Quando la pressione atmosferica aumenta nuovamente, i simboli vengono visualizzati in modo

continuativo. La freccia indica la tendenza meteorologica.

il tasto HISTORY 30. Sul display lampeggia Rel. o Abs. ed è possibile scegliere con il tasto + - 22 o

il tasto - - 23.

Attenzione: la pressione atmosferica assoluta viene rilevata tramite la stazione meteorologica. È possibile

rilevare la pressione atmosferica relativa tramite il servizio meteo locale e inserire il dato nella stazione

meteorologica.

Potete modificare la pressione atmosferica relativa tenendo premuto per 2 secondi il tasto HISTORY 30. Il

valore della pressione atmosferica lampeggia e può essere regolato con il tasto + - 22 o con il tasto - - 23.

Confermare la propria scelta premendo il tasto HISTORY 30.

Premete il tasto HISTORY 30 per leggere i valori della pressione atmosferica delle ultime 12 ore.

-2 HR = pressione atmosferica due ore fa etc...

Sensore esterno/impostazione del canale

Tramite la vostra stazione meteorologica possono essere utilizzati fino a 3 sensori esterni

contemporaneamente. Aprite il vano batteria del sensore esterno 38 e impostate il canale desiderato (1-3)

sull’interruttore per la selezione del canale 40. Richiudete il vano batteria. Tenere premuto per 2 secondi il

tasto CH 24 presente sulla stazione meteorologica. A questo punto la stazione meteo riceve il segnale del

sensore esterno .

! Attenzione: il sensore esterno deve trovarsi entro un raggio massimo di 100 m dalla

stazione meteorologica senza ostacoli.

Se si utilizzano più sensori: nella visualizzazione standard dell’orario premere il tasto CH 24 per passare da

un canale di ricezione all’altro. Il simbolo di rotazione indica sul display 9 che si passa automaticamente

da un canale di ricezione all’altro.

Vengono visualizzati solo i sensori esterni sollecitati. Tenere premuto il tasto CH 24 per rimuovere i canali non

utilizzati.

Percentuale di umidità atmosferica

La percentuale di umidità atmosferica attuale viene indicata sul display 5 . La visualizzazione

comfort mostra il grado di umidità atmosferica in 3 categorie:

Valori minimi e massimi

Il valore di temperatura e umidità atmosferica minimo e massimo vengono salvati dal momento in cui sono

inserite le batterie. Premere brevemente il tasto + - 22 per leggere sul display il valore massimo MAX, quello

minimo MIN, quello attuale della temperatura interna 7, la percentuale di umidità 5, la temperatura esterna 9

e l’umidità esterna 4.

I valori minimi e massimi vengono cancellati automaticamente ogni notte a 0:00.

Visualizzazione stato batteria

Quando le batterie sono quasi scariche e non riescono a mantenere in funzione la stazione

meteorologica, il sensore esterno e il trasferimento dei dati, apparirà sul display la

visualizzazione dello stato della batteria 6 o 8. Siete pregati di sostituire al più presto le batterie in tutti gli

apparecchi e riavviare la stazione meteorologica.

Riavvio (RESET)

Premere il tasto RESET 26 per resettare la stazione meteorologica radiocontrollata e riavviare la ricezione del

segnale radio.

Istruzioni per la pulizia

Una pulizia errata può danneggiare il prodotto. Non immergere il dispositivo in acqua o altri liquidi. Non

utilizzare detergenti aggressivi, spazzole con setole di metallo o nylon o utensili per la pulizia affilati o

metallici come coltelli, spatole dure o simili. Essi possono danneggiare la superficie. Pulire il prodotto con un

panno morbido, asciutto e privo di pelucchi, ad esempio quello che si utilizza per la pulizia delle lenti degli

occhiali.

Smaltimento

Il prodotto e il materiale da imballaggio sono riciclabili. Smaltire separatamente per un ottimale trattamento

Smaltimento delle batterie

Le batterie/gli accumulatori difettosi o usati devono essere riciclati ai sensi della Direttiva

2006/66/CE e successive modifiche. Restituire le batterie/gli accumulatori usati e/o il

prodotto presso i punti di raccolta dedicati.

Vi possono essere conseguenze negative per l’ambiente a seguito di uno

smaltimento non corretto di batterie/accumulatori.

Le batterie/gli accumulatori non devono essere smaltiti nella spazzatura domestica. Possono contenere

metalli pesanti velenosi e devono essere trattati quali riﬁuti speciali. I simboli chimici dei metalli pesanti

sono i seguenti: Cd = cadmio, Hg = mercurio, Pb = piombo. Consegnare quindi le batterie/gli

accumulatori usati a un punto di raccolta comunale.

Riciclo

L’imballaggio del prodotto è composto da materiali riciclabili.

Ai fini della tutela ambientale, smaltire tali materiali presso i siti di raccolta dedicati.

Garanzia

Il termine di garanzia decorre dalla data di acquisto. Siete pregati di conservare accuratamente lo scontrino

che servirà per comprovare l‘acquisto. Se nei tre anni dalla data di acquisto di questo stazione

meteorologica subentra un difetto di materiale o di fabbricazione, a nostra discrezione, possiamo decidere se

ripararlo gratuitamente o provvederne alla sostituzione. Questa lavorazione sotto garanzia è possibile solo se

nei tre anni dalla data di acquisto potete presentare la stazione meteorologica e la prova di acquisto

(scontrino) scrivendo brevemente il tipo di difetto riscontrato e quando si è manifestato. Se il difetto è coperto

dalla nostra garanzia riceverete la stazione meteorologica riparato o uno nuovo. Con la riparazione o la

sostituzione del prodotto non comincia un nuovo periodo di garanzia.

Periodo di garanzia e diritti di legge sui reclami per difetti

Il periodo di garanzia non viene prolungato dalla prestazione della garanzia. Questo vale anche per le parti

sostituite o riparate. Danni e difetti eventualmente già presenti all’acquisto devono essere dichiarate subito

dopo l’apertura dell’imballaggio. Le riparazioni che avvengono dopo la scadenza del periodo di garanzia

vengono eseguite al costo.

Entità della garanzia

esaminato scrupolosamente prima della consegna. La prestazione di garanzia vale per difetti di materiale o

fabbricazione. Questa garanzia non si estende a componenti del prodotto soggetti a normale usura e che

quindi possono essere considerati parti usurate o per danni a componenti fragili come ad es. l’interruttore,

batterie ricaricabili o componenti in vetro. Questa garanzia decade se la stazione meteorologica è stato

danneggiato o è stato sottoposto ad un uso o manutenzione inappropriati. Per un uso appropriato

dell’orologio da parete devono essere seguite esattamente tutte le indicazione elencate nel libretto delle

istruzioni. Siete pregati di evitare scopi di utilizzo o azioni che vi vengono sconsigliati o dai quali siete

ammoniti nel libretto delle istruzioni. La stazione meteorologica è destinato all’utilizzo esclusivamente in

ambienti domestici e non all’uso industriale. In caso di uso indebito, uso della forza e interventi non effettuati

dalla nostra filiale di servizio autorizzata decade la garanzia.

RISK OF EXPLOSION!

Keep batteries out of reach of small children. If a battery is swallowed, you must seek medical attention

immediately. Batteries/rechargeable batteries must always be inserted in the correct polarity. If necessary,

clean the battery and device contacts. Never attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Never short-

circuit or attempt to open batteries. Never throw batteries into fire as they may explode.

If the device will not be used for an extended time period, remove the batteries and store the device in a dry

and dust-free area. Improper use of the batteries can lead to explosion or leakage.

If the batteries leaks, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Use gloves. If you are exposed to

battery acid, rinse the affected areas with plenty of clean water and immediately seek medical attention.

Remove discharged batteries from the device as they present an increased risk of leakage.

Securely placing or mounting the weather station

The weather station with outdoor sensor is not designed for operation in rooms with high humidity (i. e.

bathroom). Make sure that:

 sufficient ventilation is always guaranteed (don’t place the device on shelves or where curtains or furniture

block the ventilation holes, and ensure that there are at least 10 cm of space on all sides);

 the device isn’t placed on a thick carpet or bed during operation, no direct heat sources (i.e. radiators)

influence the device;

 no direct sunlight reaches the device;

 contact with splashing or dripping water must be avoided (don’t place any items filled with liquids, i.e. vases,

onto or next to the device);

 the device doesn’t stand near magnetic fields (i.e. speakers);

 no foreign objects or dust penetrate the housing;

 candles and other open flames must be kept away from this product at all times to prevent the spread of fire;

 sensitive surfaces are protected before placement.

Securely placing or mounting the outdoor sensor

Place the sensor in a location where it is protected from the weather, for example under an awning or carport.

The sensor has an IPX4 rating and is therefore protected from water splashes. Make sure that:

 the sensor hangs or stands upright;

 sufficient ventilation is always guaranteed (don’t place the device on shelves or where curtains or furniture

block the ventilation holes, and ensure that there are at least 10 cm of space on all sides);

Setup

Remove the protective film from the weather station and the outdoor sensor. Open the battery compartment of

the outdoor sensor 38 and insert the included batteries in the correct polarity. The LED indicator 37

will briefly light up and the display will show the temperature. Close the battery compartment.

Open the battery compartment of the weather station 18 and insert the included batteries in the correct polarity.

Close the battery compartment.

The radio signal indicator from the outdoor sensor blinks and the weather station receives the signal from the

outdoor sensor. This process may take several minutes to complete. If reception is successful, the selected

channel 1, 2 or 3 is shown in the radio reception symbol of the outdoor sensor and the current outdoor

temperature 9 and the current outdoor humidity 4 appear on the display. After successful reception of the signal

for the outdoor sensor, the reception of the DCF77 time signal will begin and the radio control indicator 17

will blink on the display next to the time. This process can take from 3-10 minutes. All buttons except the

SNOOZE/LIGHT-button 1 are disabled during the reception process. If reception fails after 10 minutes, the radio

tower 17 will disappear. Please set the time manually (Basic settings). The weather station will reattempt

reception at 04:00 and 05:00 o'clock and, if reception is successful, will correct the set time.

! Note: Please do not move the weather station or the sensor during the reception process.

If the reception attempt is successful, the radio control indicator 17 will appear permanently on the

display and the correct time, date, day of the week and the times of sunrise, sunset and moon phase

will be set automatically. DST will appear on the display next to the radio control indicator 17

during daylight saving time.

Reception problems

The DCF77 radio signal is transmitted from a location near Frankfurt am Main and can be received within a

radius of approximately 1500 km around Frankfurt am Main. However, there are some obstacles and sources

of interference, which may substantially hinder reception. If your weather station does not correctly receive the

DCF77 radio signal, please hang or place the weather station in a different location at your site. Please note

that devices such as computers, telephones, radios and televisions may cause electromagnetic radiation which

can interfere with the DCF77 signal reception. Other possible detriments to reception are: strong building

insulation (metal building materials), nearby mountains or atmospheric interference. It may also be necessary to

replace the batteries.

Activating and deactivating radio signal reception

Radio signal reception can be turned off by pressing the MODE-button 21 and the + -button 22 together for 2

seconds.

The radio signal indicator 17 will disappear. The weather station will no longer receive the time signal.

Radio signal reception can be turned on manually by pressing the MODE-button 21 and the + -button 22

together for 2 seconds.

The radio wave symbol 17 will disappear. The weather station will start a new reception attempt between

4:00am and 5:00am and will set the time automatically if reception is successful. Upon successful reception the

radio signal indicator 17 will appear permanently.

Insert batteries into the outdoor sensor 38 first and then insert batteries into the

weather station 18.

Restarting radio signal reception

Radio signal reception can be restarted by pressing the + -button 22 and the - -button 23 together for 2

seconds. The radio signal indicator 17 will blink on the display and the weather station will attempt to

receive the DCF77 time signal. This process may take 3-10 minutes.

Speed setting

Press and hold buttons to use the speed setting feature when setting numerical values.

Basic settings

The following basic settings are possible: Time format 12/24h, temperature unit °C/°F, air pressure unit

hPa/inHg, time zone, time, date and language of the day of the week indicator. Press and hold the MODE-

button 21 for 2 seconds in normal time display mode. The time format 24 hr/12hr will blink and can be set by

pressing the + -button 22 or - -button 23. Press the MODE-button 21 to confirm your setting. Set the air pressure

unit hPa/inHg, time zone 00- (-)11, hours, minutes, year, month, day and language of the day of the week

(GE=German, EN=English, IT=Italian, FR=French, ES=Spanish, DU=Dutch, DA=Danish, RU=Russian) in the

same way.

Time zone adjustment

If you are in a country, in which the clock displays the wrong time even though it can receive the DCF77 time

signal, please use the time zone adjustment to use your weather station in a time zone other than the standard

time zone (UTC+1 = Central European Time). Set the difference in hours (- 01 for example) to the desired time

zone.

Press the MODE-button 21 1x long and 3x short in normal time display mode. The time zone will blink and can

be set by pressing the + -button 22 or - -button 23. Press the MODE-button 21 to confirm your setting. The hours

will blink and the weather station will show the adjusted time (for example: 1 hour less) after a short while.

12/24-hour time format

Press MODE-button 21 1x long in normal time display mode. The 12- or 24-hour time format will blink on the

display and can be set by pressing the + -button 22 or - -button 23. When using the 12-hour format, the display

will show AM before noon and PM after noon.

Setting your location

Press the CITY-button 31 1x long. The abbreviation of the location will appear and can be set by pressing the +

-button 22 or - -button 23. If the location is changed, it will take some time before the adjusted values for sunrise

and sunset appear.

Sunrise and sunset times

After setting your location, the weather station will calculate the approximate sunrise

and sunset times.

! Note: The calculated time are not exact. Deviations are possible depending on,

for example, the terrain at your location or the weather at your location.

To show the sunrise and sunset times for another location, press and hold the CITY-button 31 for 2 seconds. The

abbreviation for the city will blink on the display and can be set by pressing the + -button 22 or - -button 23.

Confirm your setting by pressing the CITY-button 31.

Moon phase and tide (TIDE)

Your weather station is equipped with a moon phase display 12 and a tide indicator. The tide indicator shows

the tide variation as influenced by the phases of the moon:

confirm your setting by pressing the MODE-button 21. Set the minutes in the same way. If no button is pressed

within 18 seconds, the weather station will return to normal time display mode.

Activating or deactivating the alarm

The slide switches AL1 -29 and AL2 -28 can be used to activate (ON) or deactivate (OFF) both alarms

separately.

If alarms are activated, the bell symbol and/or -15 for each alarm will appear on the display.

When the alarm sounds, if it is not turned off within 2 minutes, the alarm will stop automatically and sound again

after 24 hours.

Snooze feature (SNOOZE)

When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE/LIGHT-button 1 to temporarily stop the alarm. Z

will blink on the

display and the alarm will sound again after 5 minutes.

Temperature unit

Press the MODE-button 21 1x long and 1x short to enter setting mode for °C or °F.

Now press the + -button 22 or - -button 23 to select the temperature unit Celsius (°C) or

Fahrenheit (°F).

Temperature warning

You may set a temperature warning with an upper and lower temperature limit by pressing and holding the - -

button 23 for 2 seconds. The upper limit (-15 - 50°C) will blink on the display and can be set by pressing the + -

button 22 or - -button 23. Confirm your setting by pressing the MODE-button 21. The lower limit (-20 - 50°C)

will blink on the display and can be set by pressing the + -button 22 or - -button 23. Confirm your setting by

pressing the MODE-button 21. If the temperature exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit the

warning symbol will blink and an alarm will sound for the active or selected sensor channel.

Frost warning

If the outdoor sensor measures a temperature below +1 °C there is a danger of frost. The symbol

for the frost warning will blink and an alarm will sound. If the temperature is below -3°C for

a longer duration, the symbol for the frost warning will appear permanently.

NOTE: Even if the frost warning is not shown, when temperatures are near freezing there is always a danger

of frost and/or black ice. The outdoor sensor can only measure the temperature at the location at which it is

placed.

If using multiple outdoor sensors, the frost warning will only be active for the sensor with the lowest channel

number (1, 2 or 3).

Activating or deactivating the temperature and frost warnings

Press the - -button 23 once to activate the temperature alarm .

Press the - -button 23 again to activate the frost warning .

Press the - -button 23 again to activate the temperature and the frost warning.

Press the - -button 23 again to deactivate the temperature and the frost warning.

NOTE: The weather station starts the forecast about 6 hours after the current weather is entered.

The weather symbols show the weather tendency for the next hours and not the current weather.

If the weather symbol starts to blink and the air pressure drops, this is a sign that the weather is getting worse.

If the air pressure rises again, the symbols will be shown continuously.

An arrow shows the weather tendency .

You can choose between the absolute Abs. and the relative. Rel. air pressure 3 by pressing and holding the

HISTORY – button 30 for 2 seconds.

Rel. or Abs. will blink on the display and can be selected with the + - button 22 or - - 23 button.

NOTE: The absolute air pressure is measured by the weather station. The relative air pressure can be

obtained from your local weather service and entered into the weather station.

You can change the relative air pressure by holding the HISTORY – button 30 for 2 seconds.

The air pressure value blinks and can be adjusted with the + - 22 button or - - 23 button. Confirm your setting by

pressing the HISTORY – button 30.

Press the MODE-button 21 1 x long and 2 x short and set hPa or in Hg by pressing the + - button 22 or - -button

23, to show Hectopascal (hPa) or Inches of mercury (inHg).

Press the HISTORY -button 30 to view the air pressure history for the last 12 hours.

0 – HR = current air pressure

- 1 HR = air pressure 1 hour ago

-2 HR = air pressure 2 hours ago... and so on

Outdoor sensor/channel setting

You can use the weather station with up to 3 outdoor sensors at the same time. Open the battery compartment

of the outdoor sensor 38 and select a channel (1-3) by using the Channel selection switch 40. Press and hold

the CH – button 24 on the weather station for 2 seconds. The weather station will now attempt to receive the

signal from the outdoor sensor. . Close the battery compartment.

NOTE: The outdoor sensor must be placed within a maximum distance of 100 m, without

obstacles, of the weather station.

If using more than one outdoor sensor: Press the CH – button 24 in normal time display mode to switch between

the reception channels. The rotation symbol on the display 9 shows that the display will alternate between

the different reception channels.

Only outdoor sensors that are connected are displayed. Press and hold the CH – button 24, to remove unused

channels or to add channels.

Indoor humidity

The current indoor humidity 5 is shown on the display. The comfort symbol shows the indoor

humidity in 3 categories:

Maximum and minimum values

The maximum and minimum temperature and humidity is stored as soon as the batteries are inserted.

Repeatedly and briefly press the + - button 22 to show the maximum MAX, minimum MIN and the current

indoor temperature 7, indoor humidity 5 and the outdoor temperature 9 and outdoor humidity 4 on the display.

The minimum and maximum values will be deleted automatically every night at 12 pm.

Battery level indicator

If the batteries run too low to power the weather station, the outdoor sensor and signal transmission, the battery

level indicator 6 or 8 will appear on the display. Replace the batteries in all devices as soon as

possible. Restart the weather station.

Restart (RESET)

Press RESET-button 26 to reset the radio-controlled weather station and restart radio reception.

Cleaning instructions

Improper cleaning can damage the device. Do not submerge the device in water or other liquids. Do not use

aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning tools such as knives,

scrapers or similar implements. These may damage the surface of the device. Clean the device using a soft, dry,

lint-free cloth, such as a glasses cleaning cloth.

Disposal

This device and all the packaging materials are recyclable. Please dispose of them separately for better waste

handling. You can find out about disposal options for your product by contacting your municipality.

Please take note of the marking of packaging material when separating waste

materials. They are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with the

following meanings: 1-7 plastics / 20-22: paper and cardboard / 80-98:

composite materials.

Disposal of the electronic device

Remove the batteries before disposal and dispose of them separately (see Disposal of the

batteries). This weather station must not be disposed of in the normal household waste.

In the interest of the environment, when your device has reached the end of its usefulness, do no

throw it in the normal household trash. Dispose of it in the proper and correct way. You can find

out about collection sites and their business hours from your public administration. Please adhere to

applicable requirements.

Disposal of the batteries

Defective or spent batteries/rechargeable batteries must be recycled in accordance with

directive 2006/66/EC and its revisions. Return batteries, rechargeable batteries or the device at

the available collection sites.

Improper disposal of batteries/rechargeable batteries causes environmental

damage!

Batteries/rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of in normal household waste. They may contain

toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment. The chemical symbols of the heavy

metals are as follows:

Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = lead. Therefore, please dispose of spent batteries/rechargeable

batteries at a communal collection site.

Recycling

The product packaging consists of recyclable materials.

Please dispose of them properly at the available collection sites.

Waste disposal

Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally responsible fashion.

Please note the marking of the different packaging materials and separate them if applicable.

This weather station includes a 3 year warranty starting on the day of purchase. In case of defects of this

weather station you have, by law, certain rights regarding the vendor of the weather station. These rights are not

changed by the warranty which is described in the following paragraphs.

Warranty conditions

The warranty duration starts on the date of purchase. Please keep the receipt in a safe place. The receipt is

needed as a proof of purchase. If a defect occurs in the weather station within 3 years, the weather station will

be repaired or replaced (according to our choice) free of charge. This warranty requires that, within the 3 year

warranty period, the weather station and the receipt can be made available to us along with a short written

description of the defect and when it occured. If the defect is covered by the warranty, you will receive the

repaired weather station or a new weather station. Repair or replacement does not cause the warranty period

to restart.

Warranty period and defects liability

The warranty period is not increased by the defect liability. This also applies to repaired or replaced parts. If

defects are noticed at the time of purchase they must be reported immediately upon unpacking the item. Paid

repair may be available after the end of the warranty period.

Scope of the warranty

The weather station was manufactured according to strict quality guidelines and was carefully inspected before

delivery. The warranty does not include parts that experience normal wear and tear and can thus be seen as

wear parts or fragile parts that are damaged. Examples include Switches, Batteries or parts made of glass.

This warranty becomes void if the weather station is damaged, is not used in the recommended way or is

improperly repaired.

For proper use of the weather station all instructions in this manual must be adhered to exactly. Use of the

weather station in a way that is discouraged in the manual must be avoided.

The weather station not intended for commercial use. Abusive or improper use, excessive force and changes

that are made by non-authorized repair centers will void the warranty.
