POTENTIAL FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS
If the humidifier has some operating anomalies, consult the table below to resolve any anomalies. If they persist,
contact an authorized service center for the repair of the appliance.
PROBLEM POTENTIAL CAUSE SOLUTION
The humidifier is not working
The plug is not connected properly
Low water level in the water channel
The tank is not positioned correctly
Connect the plug
Put water in the tank
Correctly position the tank
There is a strange smell in the air
The water is dirty or it has not been
cleaned for a long time
Clean the water tank and the water
channel. Use clean water
The humidification effect is not
strong enough
The active carbon filter in the suction
line is clogged with dust
Remove the dust from the filter
There is an abnormal noise
The appliance is not positioned on a
stable and flat surface
Position the appliance on a stable
surface
There is water around the unit
The humidifier is used in a place that
is not well ventilated or with high
humidity. The mist cannot be fully
dissipated and therefore turns into
water around the humidifier
Turn down the humidification output
(especially during the night), otherwise
you may use and air conditioner or a
fan to speed up the air ventilation and
improve the humidifying effect
There is water in the water tank
but the humidifier cannot work
The humidifier is tilted, resulting low
water level in the water channel. The
device has switched itself off due to
low water level protection
Put the humidifier on a flat and solid
place and keep it stable
Water overflows from the water
channel or the water level is too
high, resulting in small
humidification output and dropping
noise
The float plate, sealing part and water
cover subassembly are not fixed in
place; the water cover subassembly is
blocked
Fix the float plate, sealing part and
water cover subassembly in place;
remove the blockage

INFORMATION ON THE CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT, PURSUANT DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU ON WASTE
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT"
At the end of its useful life, this appliance must not be disposed of together with household waste. We call your attention to the
crucial role played by the consumer in the reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of such waste. The appliance must be
scrapped by a sorted waste disposal centre or by returning it to the retailer (no charge is levied for this service), when you
purchase a new equivalent appliance. Large retailers (a sales area of at least 400 m2) are required to provide a free take-back
service for very small EEE products (external dimensions not exceeding 25 cm) even if a new product is not purchased.
Sorted disposal of electric and electronic equipment prevents the negative effects on the environment and human health
resulting from improper scrapping, and also allows the materials from which it is made to be recovered and recycled, with
significant savings in terms of energy and resources. The sorted disposal requirement is indicated by the crossed waste bin
label displayed on the appliance.
