8.4 TRANSFERRING CALLS TO ANOTHER HANDSET / SHUTTLING BETWEEN TWO
CORRESPONDENTS
To transfer a call to another handset
Press twice.
Duo version
: the handset automatically calls the other handset.
Trio version (and beyond)
: enter the number of the handset you want to call. The external correspondent is placed on
hold.
When the other handset answers, press to transfer the call.
If the other handset doesn't answer, press to retrieve the external correspondent.
8.5 THREE-WAY CONFERENCE CALL (2 INTERNAL PARTIES AND ONE EXTERNAL)
You can talk with an internal correspondent and an external correspondent at the same time.
When you are on the line with an external correspondent:
Press twice.
Duo version
: the handset automatically calls the other handset.
Trio version (and beyond)
: enter the number of the handset you want to call.
When the other handset answers, press for 2 seconds to open the conference call.
To interrupt the conference call, press .
If the other handset doesn't answer, press to retrieve the external correspondent.
8.6 ANSWERING AN OUTSIDE CALL WHILE IN INTERCOM
When you are on intercom with another handset, you can still take outside calls.
To take an incoming call:
Press .

The internal communication is interrupted.
Then press .
