The sections of this manual generally follow the features of Rolltalk
Nova. A robust index for features begins on page 18. Also included is
important safety information beginning on page 46, that you should
know before using your device. This manual gives navigation instructions
according to the default display settings. If you select other settings,
navigation steps may be different.
Unless otherwise specified, all instruction in this manual assumes that
you are starting from the Main Menu. To get to your Main Menu, se
detailed information about this at page 12.
This document contains links, please use the Home button to access the
Table of Contents for easy navigating in the document.
Note! Instructions in this manual are based on default
settings, and may vary from your aid, depending on the
software version, and any changes to the aid’s Settings.
Unless stated otherwise, instructions in this User
Manual start at the Main Menu.
All screen images in this manual are simulated.
Actual displays may vary, depending on the software
version and any changes to your Settings.

The first time you turn your device on, Setup Wizard will guide you
through the basics of settings on your device. Follow the prompts to
choose a default language, select male or female voice, set up input
device and select keyboard and available keyboard shortcuts.
You can also use the Setup Wizard to quickly configure your device at
any time.
From the Main Menu, select Settings|Help|Startup Wizard
View information on how to customize Rolltalk Nova. The videos shows
a selection of functions and settings.

The Main Menu is the starting point for using your device.
Status Bar: Presents icons to show battery power, date, time and
notifications for instance Skype-chat alerts. For information about
Skype-chat see, chapter Skype at page 23
Primary Applications: Shortcuts to your device’s applications. For
more information see the Main Menu chapter on page 32

Primary Applications appear at the Main Menu. You can edit all the
Primary Application, except for Settings and your chosen Input Device
Setting.
To add or remove an application:
From the Main Menu, select Settings|Main Menu
Select or unselect the applications you want to be visible on your Main
Menu.
Use the Shortcut Menu for quick access to often used application. The
shortcut menu will be visible on several pages, except for
Communication, Calendar, Email and some of the Wheelchair and
Seating pages.
To add or remove a shortcut:
From the Main Menu, select Settings|Shortcut Menu
Select the item on the shortcut menu that’s desired to replace, and then
select the new content.
Tip: When dwell is used as a selection, it’s recommend adding
Dwell On/Off as an item on the shortcut menu

The communication pages in Rolltalk Nova are built on a well-defined
contact base. Use Contacts to store information about your friends,
family and colleagues, to make contacting them easy.
To access Contacts:
From the Main Menu, select Contacts.
1. From the Main Menu, select Contacts|New
2. Select contact fields to enter information:
Select First Name to enter a name for the contact
Select Last Name to enter a last name for the contact
3. Select New Phone to enter a phone number, and then select the
Mobile, Home or Work, to create a new label. To add several phone
numbers, repeat the step.
4. Select Picture to choose a picture to identify the contact. Select
picture from your Gallery or take a new picture.
5. Select New Email to enter an email address. To several email address,
repeat the step.
6. Select Skype to enter a Skype address. To add a Skype address select
from Authorized Skype contacts or select search to search for Skype
contacts.
Tip: When entering a phone number we recommend that you
always enter the phone number together with the country code.
This to ensure that contact information is displayed correctly when
receiving text messages.
Note! In order to use Skype in Rolltalk Nova, you’ll need to log on to
Skype in Windows Dektop. It’s also needed to allow Skype access.

Save a phone number from a text message to create a new contact.
1. From the Main Menu, select SMS|Inbox
2. Highlight the text message which contains the contact information
you want to add.
3. Select Add as a new contact
4. Select contact fields to enter information:
Select First Name to enter a name for the contact
Select Last Name to enter a last name for the contact
5. Select Edit Phone to edit the phone number, and then select the
Mobile, Home or Work, to create a new label. To add another number,
select New Phone.
6. Select Picture to choose a picture to identify the contact. Select
picture from your Gallery or take a new picture.
7. Select New Email to enter an email address. To several email address,
repeat the step.
8. Select Skype to enter a Skype address. To add a Skype address select
from Authorized Skype contacts or select search to search for Skype
contacts.
Save an email address from an email to create a new contact.
1. From the Main Menu, select Email|Inbox

7. Select Edit Email to edit the email address. To add another email
address, select New Email.

In order to use Skype in Rolltalk Nova, you’ll need to log on to Skype in
Windows and allow access. If the Grant access to Rolltalk Designer alert
doesn’t prompt automatically, enter the Skype application in Windows
1. Select Tools|Options|Advanced|Mangage other programs’ access to
Skype.
2. Highlight Rolltalk Designer.exe and select Change
3. Select Allow this program to use Skype
4. Click OK, and return to Rolltalk Nova.
In order to import Contacts from Skype, you will need to have an existing
contacts list in Skype.
1. From the Main Menu, select Skype
2. Select Manage Skype Contacts
3. Highlight the contact you want to add from the Authorized list
4. Select Add as a new contact
5. Select contact fields to enter information:
Select First Name to enter a name for the contact
Select Last Name to enter a last name for the contact
6. Select New Phone to enter a phone number, and then select the
Mobile, Home or Work, to create a new label. To add several phone
numbers, repeat the step.
7. Select Picture to choose a picture to identify the contact. Select
picture from your Gallery or take a new picture.

Drive lets you to maneuver your power wheelchair in different
directions.
The page has quick access to rear view camera, if this is installed on your
Compact Rolltalk. Predefined sentences are available from the list on
the right side of the screen. To access the Drive page you will need to
connect a switch to the Compact Rolltalk switch input and confirm the
selection with the switch to enter the page.

From the Main Menu, select Drive
Use Seat Positions to adjust your wheelchair seating. To access the Seat
Positions page you will need to connect a switch to the Compact Rolltalk
switch input and confirm the selection with the switch to enter the
page.

From the Main Menu, select Seat Positions
Use Remote if you want to control your TV, radio, home appliances etc.
Equipment that uses Infrared signals can be controlled by Rolltalk Nova.
Information on how to edit the Remote Settings, see chapter Remote
Control on page 33

Note! In order to use wheelchair functionality in Rolltalk Nova, the
Compact Rolltalk must be connected to the wheelchair by technical
authorized personnel.

Use Communicate for direct voice output, typing documents, sending
email or text messages.
The number of shortcuts options available is editable, see chapter
Keyboard Settings at page 28
From the Main Menu, select Communicate
Use predefined Sentences when you want quick access to short phrases
or often used words. The Sentences are divided into Categories witch
are all editable. Find desired Sentences quick and easy, by searching
among all Categories.
From the Main Menu, select Sentences
The Sentences are accessible from several places in Rolltalk Nova, such
as the keyboard and Skype.
Some Sentences will always be shown on specific pages. For instance are
there Categories for Body, Camera, TV, DVD, Phone and Wheelchair.
The Sentences in these Categories are related to the functionality and
are of curse editable. It is not possible to delete these Categories.
1. From the Main Menu, select Sentences|Edit
2. Highlight a Category you want to edit or do the following:
Select New to add a new Category
Select Edit to edit an already existing Category
Select Delete to delete a Category
3. Highlight a Sentence you want to edit or do the following
Select New to add a new Sentence
Select Edit to edit an already existing Sentence
Select Delete to delete a Sentence
Select Undo Delete to undo the last deletion
Tip: The Web Category is a good place for storing user names for
quick access on Internet.

Use Body to inform your surrounding on unpleasantness regarding your
body. Highlight the place on the picture where you feel the issue, and
use the scale or the Sentences to fulfill your message.
From the Main Menu, select Body
Use Contacts to store information for your friends, family and
colleagues, to make contacting them easy.

From the Main Menu, select Contacts
Record events and appointments to manage your schedule.
1. From the Main Menu, select Calendar
2. Then select a view, from Day, Week or Month, or select New Activity
for scheduling a new task or event.
3. Use the navigate buttons on the top of the screen to jump to a
different day, week or month.
1. From the Main Menu, select Calendar|New Activity
2. Select what kind of activity you want to add
Remember is something you should remember at a specific date
i.e. a birthday
Activity is something you should do at a specific time i.e. a dinner
with friends.
3. Select the Date you want the Activity to occur, select Next
4. Add the time by clicking on the field and then selecting the
appropriate value from the number keys on the right side of the screen.
Use the AM/PM button to switch between the values.
Select if the activity should Use Reminder and when the Reminder
should occur.
Sign will need you to sign the Activity at activity start
Play Sound on activity start

5. Select Picture to identify the Activity or add content by entering Text
6. Select Recurring time if you want the Activity to be repeated, select
Save
Rolltalk Nova can send and receive text messages.
1. From the Main Menu, select SMS|New message.
2. Select Keyboard to type the desired Message
3. Select the Contact, Search or Type Number to write the number
which you want to send the message to
4. Select Send
1. From the Main Menu, select SMS|Inbox
2. Highlight the desired Text Message.
Send and receive email using commonly used email services.
1. From the Main Menu, select Email|New Email
2. Select TO, CC or BCC for adding recipients from Contacts or select
Other to type an email address.
4. Select Subject, to add a Subject to the Email
5. Select Keyboard or Sentences to type your email
6. Select Add Attachments to add media or content to the Email or
Attachments to see your added attachments.
7. Select Send Email
1. From the Main Menu, select Email|Inbox
2. Highlight the desired Email
Note! Sending and receiving Text Messages requires that a USB
Simcard-holder is installed on your device. For information about

In order to use Skype in Rolltalk Nova, you’ll need to log on to Skype in
Windows and allow access. If the Grant access to Rolltalk Designer alert

2. Click on the online Skype Contacts displayed, select Call
3. If there is a camera installed, the camera application will launch.
4. Hang up the call by selecting Hang Up
When receiving a Skype Call, Rolltalk Nova displays Answer and Hang
Up. Select Answer to replay to the conversation or select Hang Up to
abort the Call.
1. From the Main Menu, select Skype
2. Click on the online Skype Contacts displayed, select Chat
3. Select between typing your own text and inserting sentences.
Select Keyboard, type the desired text
Select Sentences, highlight the desired content and select Insert
4. Select Send to send your instant message.
Skype alerts are given when you receive a Chat Message, a sound
will be played and a Skype icon will be shown on your Main Menu.
To view the Chat Message, enter Skype|Chat
Note! Skype camera must be configured in the Skype application in
Windows. Select Tools|Options|General|Video Settings, to select
Camera Source and Settings.

Rolltalk Nova is equipped with an integrated HTML Browser, which
provides easy access the Internet.
From the Main Menu, select Internet.
Select the URL field in the middle of the screen to enter the
URL using the keyboard, then select Go to….

Entering text in a field
While browsing, select a text field and then select Keyboard to
enter text.

Creating a Favorite
Browse to the desired website, and then select Favorites|Add
Favorites.
Accessing Favorites
Select Show Favorites to display favorites, and then use these options:
Select an item to load the page.
Select Search Favorites to find a Favorite.
Select More Favorites to browse through all your Favorites
Deleting a Favorite
Select More Favorites to display all the favorites
Highlight the Favorite to be deleted
Select Delete
Note! In order to use Internet, your device needs to be connected to
Wifi. For more information about this, see the chapter Wifi

Use Attention to alert your surroundings. This is not an alert function
and does not replace the functionality of an Alarm.

Use the camera to take pictures.
1. From the Main Menu, select Camera.
2. Use the Sentences to instruct your objects.
3. Select Take Picture, to capture the object.

After taking a picture, review the picture in the Gallery
From the Main Menu, select Gallery
Select from the following options:
Show Picture, enlarges the picture
New picture, opens the Camera application
Delete Picture, removes the picture from the Gallery
Send as Email, attaches the picture to an email for distribution to
others
Use Rear View to look behind the wheelchair
From the Main Menu, select Rear View

Tip: When wheelchair access is configured an access to Drive and
Seat Positions will be visible on Camera Page. This would provide the
possibility to maneuver the wheelchair in the right position to the
object.

Use Output to control functionality that is controlled by an On/Off or
Hold function, like fan, flashlight, motor on the mounting arm etc.

Use your devices Calculator to preform mathematical calculations.
From the Main Menu, select Calculator
Use Desktop to enter Windows. The integrated Desktop control gives
you quick access to your keyboard, Desktop tools, and has several
predefined shortcuts for applications such as My Documents, Internet
Explorer, E-book etc.
From the Main Menu, select Desktop

Use Languages to switch between the installed Languages. There is also
possible to set male or female voice.

There are four different keyboards:
Qwerty, common computer keyboard
Alphabetic, arranged after the alphabet
Centered, avoids long movements of the mouse pointer
Grouped, have extra-large buttons, but requires two clicks per
letter
Select desired shortcut options to be visible in your keyboard:
SMS, sending text messages direct from Keyboard
Email, sending email direct form Keyboard
Sentences, inserting short phrases or often used words.
Note! In order to use SMS and Email functionality, your device needs
to have a USB SIM Card Holder installed and be connected to Wi-Fi.

Rolltalk Nova can be controlled by touch, mouse input or eye control.
From the Main Menu, select Settings|Input Device
1. From the Main Menu, select Settings|Input Device|Touch
2. Select if Visible Pointer should be enabled
3. Select if Play Sound on Selection should be enabled
4. Select More, to access Advanced Settings
Filter Against Double-click, prevents accidental double-clicks
Minimum Activation Time, enables the possibility to press on the
screen for a given time before making the selection
Scanning Speed on Wheelchair page, changes the value of the
scanning speed on the switch that is required for operating the
power wheelchair
To change the values use the plus and minus keys. The values of
the settings are in seconds.
Mouse is selected when the system should be operated through mouse
interfaces, such as head mouse or joystick.
1. From the Main Menu, select Settings|Input Device|Mouse
2. Select if Visible Pointer should be enabled
3. Select if Play Sound on Selection should be enabled
4. Select if Dwell should be enabled, this setting will give access to
turning dwell On/Off at appropriate places in Rolltalk Nova
5. Select More, to access at Advanced Settings.

Note! Please do not switch to an input device that is not connected
to the unit. By doing this the system will not work proper, and you
might not be able to restore the settings by yourself.

Magnetic pulls the mouse pointer into the middle of the field, to
make the field selection easier.
Sensitivity allows the movement of the mouse to amplify up to 20
time’s normal speed. This can be useful for instance if small head
movements are used to control a head mouse or to move the
mouse cursor more quickly with a joystick.
Dead zone prevents the cursor to show small, vibrating
movements. Can be useful in combination with high Sensitivity
setting or in other occasions where the cursor vibrates.

Filter Against Double-click, prevents accidental double-clicks
Minimum Activation Time, enables the possibility to press on the
screen for a given time before making the selection
Scanning Speed on Wheelchair page, changes the value of the
scanning speed on the switch that is required for operating the
power wheelchair
To change the values use the plus and minus keys. The values of
the settings are in seconds.
The selections done in the Settings menu, enables two new applications
for controlling your Eye Control Input Device on the Main Menu, Eye
Control Settings and Calibration
Note! We recommend use of the head mouse Tracker Pro from
AbleNet together with Rolltalk Nova.
We assume Windows recognizes the connected Joystick as a mouse,
when using joystick as a mouse input device.

3. Connect the IntelliGaze Camera to the Compact Rolltalk trough
Firewire and USB. Please make sure to use the USB input on Compact
Rolltalk marked USB 2.0
4. Power on Compact Rolltalk; make sure the Rolltalk Nova Software is
shut down before proceeding to the next step in the process.
Note! When operating Desktop and any Windows-application with
IntelliGaze Eye Control System, the system will run default
IntelliGaze Settings. These Settings are among others Show/Hide of
Status Window and Dwell Settings.

Configure E-mail for most accounts in just a few simple steps.
From the Main Menu, select Settings|Email
1. Select contact fields to enter information:
Type Name, as to be displayed when sending an email
Type Email address
Type User Name, this could be the entire email address or the
part before the [at]. Please see the documentation from the email
provider in order to add the correct information.
Type Password, this will not be visible to others.
2. Select Use Confirmation Page before Sending E-mails, to confirm
sending E-mails.
3. Select Allow Opening of Attachments, to be able to open incoming
attachments
4. Select Leave a Copy of Message on the Server, to have a backup of
the E-mail correspondence.
5. Select Remove from the Server after 10 days, to set at time for
deleting the backup.
6. Select Choose E-mail Provider, to select your E-mail provider.
7. Select your E-mail provider from the list or select Manual
Configuration, if your provider is not listed. Please see the
documentation from the email provider in order to add the correct
information.
8. When finished, select Test E-mail Settings to confirm your
configuration.
9. An E-mail message verifying the confirmation should be sent to your
E-mail account, if the configuration is correct.

POP3/SMTP standard; please see the documentation from the email

It is possible to connect three different types of camera to Rolltalk Nova;
Front Camera for taking pictures, Rear View Camera for looking behind
the wheelchair when driving and a Camera directed towards you, for
video communication through Skype.
From the Main Menu, select Settings|Camera
1. Select desired Function, for the camera attached to the Device
Take Photo, takes pictures of the surroundings.
Rear View for showing what’s behind the Wheelchair when
driving.
In order to use a Skype Camera, this must be configured in the
Skype application. For information on how to do this, see the
chapter Skype on page 23
2. Select the Camera, to be used for the Function
3. Select a proper Resolution, the range of the resolution depends on
what kind of quality there is on the camera. Keep in mind that when
selecting a high resolution the Device will use more memory to launch
the camera application and the system may seem slow.
4. Repeat this step for each Camera connected to the Device
5. Depending on what kind of functionality that is assigned, a camera
application will be found at the Wheelchair Page and on the Main Menu.
Set the sounds for different notification, such as Calendar Reminder,
Incoming SMS and Attention.

Configure the control of the Windows Desktop. Use of Desktop
functionality is only suitable for people with sufficient computer
knowledge and appropriate use of selected input device.
From the Main Menu, select Settings|Sound
1. Select Keyboard to use in Windows, choose between Qwerty,
Alphabetic and Grouped. The Centered Keyboard is too large for
Windows use and the Qwerty and Alphabetic are smaller than the ones
used in Rolltalk Nova, therefore it’s recommended to use Grouped
Keyboard if larger keys are needed.
2. Select Shortcuts to use, assign what kind of applications and tools
that should be accessible from the Nova Window in Windows.
3. Set Preferences for use in Internet Explorer and Spotify. Choose
between Simple and Complete Navigation Page, which indicates levels of
functionality on the Nova Window in Windows. In Spotify there is also an
option to Minimize Nova Window, meaning total control of Spotify
without additional support from tools in the Nova Window.
4. Select Restart Windows, to restart the complete system immediately.
5. Select Show Dwell Menu in Keyboard, to get quick access to Dwell
functionality. This option is only visible when using dwell as an executing
selection, and would only apply to Qwerty and Alphabetic Keyboard.
Note! When using Desktop functionality in Rolltalk Nova all
Windows Applications must be installed in the same language as
Rolltalk Nova. This to ensure that Keyboard Shortcuts functionality
works in the intended way.
Rolltalk Nova has preinstalled the following version of third party
applications. We do not guarantee that the current direct control
and keyboard shortcuts will work in the future versions of the
software.

Wi-Fi is a wireless networking technology that provides access to local
area networks. Wi-Fi communication requires access to an existing Wi-Fi
network. Wi-Fi networks can be Open (unsecured), or Secured (requiring
you to provide login credentials).
Default Factory Settings are Wi-Fi service on Compact Rolltalk turned on.
1. Enter Desktop application
2. Click the Network Symbol on the taskbar.
3. The following dialogue box will appear:
4. Select Connect to a network
5. The follow window will appear. This shows all available networks.
Additional networks may be displayed if you click the refresh button
. Select the desired network and click Connect.

6. If you are connecting to an unsecured network the following dialogue
boxes will appear:

8. If you are connecting to a security-enabled network the following
dialogue box will appear after you click Connect.
9. Enter a security key or pass phrase. Contact the wireless network
administrator to obtain the key / pass phrase. The following dialogue
boxes will appear after you have entered your security key / pass phrase.

10. If you will be using the wireless network more than once you can tick
the boxes for Save this network and Automatically connect to this
network. Compact Rolltalk will then remember the network and
automatically connect to it next time Compact Rolltalk is within range.

To send and receive text messages requires a USB SIM card holder to be
installed on your Device.
Prior to use
The SIM card must not be a dual card. It must be a dedicated SIM card.
In addition, we also ask the user to not use Compact Rolltalk for
accessing mobile broadband together with the SIM-card GSM holder.
This may result in loading the SIM card for all charges and not the mobile
broadband.
1. The PIN code on the SIM card needs to be disabled before the USB
SIM card holder can be inserted. This can be done by placing the SIM
card in a mobile phone. See the user guide provided by your mobile
phone supplier for information about this.
2. Compact Rolltalk must be switched off when the USB SIM card holder
is placed into the device.
3. Place the SIM card into the USB SIM card holder, as shown on the
pictures.
4. Pull out the card holder with a tweezer or similar item
5. Insert the SIM card into the holder. Note the angled corner.
6. Push the card holder into place, as shown on picture
7. Connect the included USB cable to the USB SIM card holder
8. Plug the other end into USB port (10 or 17) on Compact Rolltalk
9 Attach the USB SIM card holder with the included Velcro on the back
of Compact Rolltalk.
10. Turn on Compact Rolltalk and Start Rolltalk Nova.

Use the VGA output at the rear of Compact Rolltalk (6) to connect an
additional monitor or projector.
In Windows 7 the operating system used with Compact Rolltalk the
monitor or projector is automatically connected when the cable is
inserted into the VGA output.
Enter Desktop application
The following dialogue box appears when connecting a monitor or
projector for the first time:
Select Extend the Desktop onto all Monitors, and then click OK
This menu can also be accessed from Start|Control Panel|Windows
Mobility Center. Then select Connect display.

Compact Rolltalk is recharged using main power and the power supply
device. Connect the charger to the power supply socket (24).
Compact Rolltalk has a rechargeable internal battery with a battery life
of around 2.5 hours.
We therefore recommend using external power supply solutions to
ensure uninterrupted supply throughout the day.
From the Main Menu, see the Status Bar for notifications on
Charging and Battery levels.
Rolltalk Nova runs an automatic daily backup every midnight, and there
is an additional weekly backup at midnight Thursday. This lets you
retrieve data from the previous day or week.
The backup files are stored on the Compact Rolltalk D-drive
The daily backup is stored here: D:\Backup\Nova\Daily\
The weekly backup is stored here: D:\Backup\Nova\Weekly\
In each of the two folders, daily and weekly, are 3 folders called
Programs, Program Resources and My Pictures. In addition there is also
a registry file, Backup Registry, and a text file, showing log information.
Restoring backups
1. Exit Rolltalk Nova
2. In Windows, open Computer and locate D:\Backup\Nova
3. This is where the Daily and Weekly folders reside. Click the backup
folder from which restoration is wanted.
4. Select and run the file Backup Registry
5. Mark the folders Programs and Programs Recourses, select Edit|Copy
6. Open C:\Program files(x86)\Rolltalk\Rolltalk Designer and paste the
folders into this folder.
7. Select Yes when asked about replacing the folders.
8. Return to D:\Backup\Nova
9. Mark the folder My Pictures, select Edit|Copy
10. Open C:\Users\Rolltalk\My Pictures or select My Pictures, and
paste the folder into this folder.
11. Select Yes when asked about replacing the folders.
12. Close Windows Explorer.
13. Open Rolltalk Nova from the shortcut on the Desktop.

Use Factory Restore to return all settings to the defaults, and remove all
data from the Compact Rolltalk.
Important before you begin:
Make sure the Rolltalk is connected to its power adapter and that
the battery is fully charged (the battery indicator LED found in the
upper left corner is green).
Connect a USB keyboard to the Rolltalk. You can use a USB mouse
for easier menu navigation, but a USB keyboard is required.
Starting Rolltalk Factory Restore:
Power on the Rolltalk
Once the Paceblade splash screen disappears press the F3 key on
your keyboard.
Select the appropriate keyboard input method from the
dropdown menu and click Next.
Running Rolltalk Factory Restore:
Select Rolltalk Factory Restore from the System Recovery
Options menu. This will bring up the Abilia Factory Recovery
program.
Press the y key on your keyboard to proceed with the factory
restore.
IMPORTANT: selecting Yes will restore the Rolltalk to its factory
settings and delete all data on drive C:
Rolltalk Factory Restore will now display the progress of the
recovery process. Please do not power off or unplug the Rolltalk
while the recovery process is running.
Once the Rolltalk Factory Restore process is done it will
automatically exit back to the System Recovery Options menu. It
might display the following error message: The tool failed to run.
Try choosing another tool.” Please ignore this error message and
click OK.
Click Shut down to shut down the system, it will start up with the
default factory settings the next time you power it on, or click
Restart to restart with the default factory setting immediately.

Clean the screen surface with a screen cleaner or a soft cloth moistened
with mild soapy water.
PS! Be careful not to use too much water when cleaning the screen.
If you have to send your Rolltalk for repairs or upgrades, please send the
entire machine including the holder. Ensure that it is securely packaged,
ideally in a specially padded container and send it by express delivery to
ensure safe handling.
