The baking sheet is used for baking flat
items (biscuits, scones). The rack is
used for roasting or grilling meat.
This is a practical accessory if you do a
lot of grilling. The handle is removable.
You use the spit for roasting large pieces
of meat, game or poultry.
The mixed grill set is for grilling small
pieces of meat and vegetables.
The shelf is reversible. This enables
you to position the dish even better in
relation to the heating elements.
Never rinse off the baking sheet with
cold water immediately after use! The
sheet could crack.
The opening in the rack makes it
possible to baste the meat.
Note: always attach the handle in the
centre of the pan edge. The grill pan
is then balanced and you won't be
caught out by a hot grill pan suddenly
t i l t i n g .
Slide the two discs on to the rotary
spit. Make sure that the clamps are on
the front and back of the spit. Push
the point of the skewer into one of the
openings in the back disc as shown in
the illustration and push the other
end into the clamp at the front.
