1. Operational environment
- The maximum operating temperature should not exceed +40°C !
- The maximum relative humidity should not exceed 90% !
- The unit should not be operated at altitudes higher than 1,000 metres above sea level !
- The unit was developed exclusively for indoor use and not for outdoor use !
2. Commissioning
2.1. Set up the wind machine so that the air stream flows in the desired direction after switching on. Please note
that the front (exhaust air) of the wind machine is indicated by the smaller wind tube outlet. Furthermore, the
airflow direction is indicated by red arrows on the wind tube. The intake area of the wind machine and the wind
tube is funnel-shaped.
Adjustment of the air flow:
The wind tube and thus the airflow can be adjusted in a radius of 180°. This allows a targeted airflow from
vertically upwards and downwards, to a horizontal angle. To adjust the airflow angle, loosen the two black
locking wheels on the side a little. Now you can turn the wind tube to the desired angle. Then tighten the two
black locking wheels on the side again. (Always make sure that the mains cable is free and that there is
enough space in the intake and exhaust area of the wind machine! )
2.2. Before you switch on the wind machine, the four castors must be locked. Press/step on the black parking
brake, which is located on each castor, until it is properly engaged. Finally, check that the wind machine is
standing firmly and properly !
2.3. Now insert the mains plug properly into the socket.
2.4. The wind machine is switched on by an ON/OFF change-over switch, which is located on the outer right-hand
side of the wind tube, as seen from the intake side. The toggle switch is operated by pressing the buttons
deeply (you should hear a click).
ON (black button) = ON
OFF (red button) = OFF
3. Maintenance, Cleaning & Storage
Please always disconnect the mains plug first and allow the wind machine to drain completely before carrying out
any cleaning activities on your unit !
3.1. maintenance:
A professional should treat the fan shaft with lubricating oil approx. every 1,000 operating hours to ensure a long
service life of the fan.
3.2 Cleaning the housing:
- Use a soft and damp cloth to clean the outside of the housing.
- Only use mild cleaning agents to clean your wind machine.
- Please make sure that no water gets inside your appliance at any time !
3.3 Storage:
- We recommend covering the unit with a tarpaulin for storage.
- Store the unit in a dry and sufficiently ventilated place/space.
