2. Introduction
With your new Trebs Ceramic grill you will now be able to cook a delicious healthy range of foods such as
meat, vegetables, fish and poultry.
Whilst cooking your food, excess fat drains away from the food into the two drainage channels either
side of the bottom plate and collects in the two drip trays thus reducing the fat content of the food and
is therefore a great healthy way of cooking.
