USING THE BUBBLE WAFFLE MAKER
1. When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the platens with a damp cloth and dry with a cloth, tissue etc.
Then smear the plate with butter, margarine or cooking fat.
2. Insert the plug into the wall socket, the red light will come on.
3. Close the lid and prepare the fillings or mixer while the bubble waffle maker is preheating.
Please remember always to preheat the appliance before use for about 5 minutes.
4. When the Bubble Waffle Maker has reached its highest temperature, the green light will come on too.
5. Fully open the Waffle Maker, put the prepared fillings into the bottom plate and press the lid.
NOTE: during the heating progress, the green light will cycle on and off while the thermostat keeps the waffle at the
right temperature.
6. It will take about 8-12 minutes to prepare the bubble waffles. After the required cooking time, carefully lift the lid to
see if further cooking is required. If further browning is required, close the lid and cook for about 2 minutes.
7. When the Bubble waffles are ready, remove the waffles using a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use metal knife as
this may damage the non-stick coating.
8. Close the lid to preserve the heat until the appliance is ready to make the next Bubble Waffle. Prepare further
Waffles if required whilst the one is cooking.
9. If you need to take a short break, close the lid to maintain maximum heat. A hot waffle appliance produces the best
results. Waffles may tend to stick as the appliance cools down. When you return to baking, waffles will bake much
faster because extra heat has been allowed to build up.
10. After using the appliance, remove the plug from the wall socket.
Caution: The waffles will be hot. Take care when removing them from the appliance.
