Operation
General information
Fit the blender jug to the main unit with its –
handle on the right and lock it by turning
clockwise, observing the markings on the
right of the housing.
Fit the required attachment and put the –
ingredients into the blender jug which has
a maximum operating capacity of approx.
2400 ml.
Position the lid on the bowl and turn –
clockwise until it is heard locking into place;
the two markings on the jug handle and lid
must be properly aligned. Place the pestle
into the feed tube.
Insert the plug into the wall socket; either –
use the rotary control to select the desired
programme, or select the speed manually.
Caution: do not let the blender jug run –
empty.
Once processing is nished, switch o and –
remove the plug from the wall socket. Wait
until the motor has come to a complete
standstill, and then remove the blender jug
by following the steps above in reverse order.
Programme selection
ree di erent programmes can be selected.
e main indicator lamp and the programme
indicator lamps light up.
Pulse function
e appliance is switched on as long as the
operating button is depressed; once it is
released, the appliance goes back to stand-by
mode.
Blending/mixing
is programme is designed for automatic
blending, stirring or kneading of cake dough
etc. Once the programme has nished, the
appliance switches back to stand-by mode.
To interrupt the current programme, press
the programme button again, when the
appliance will return to stand-by mode.
Chopping/mincing
is programme is designed for the
automatic chopping/mincing of vegetables,
meat etc. Once the programme has nished,
the appliance goes back to stand-by mode. To
interrupt the current programme, press the
programme button again, when the appliance
will return to stand-by mode.
Manual speed selection
e operating speed can be set manually. e
main indicator lamp and the programme
indicator lamp ‘Pulse’ both light up. Pushing
the ‘Pulse’ button provides a brief burst of
maximum speed.
Using the attachments
Kneading tool
e kneading tool is designed for processing
dough for such items as cakes or pizza.
Maximum ll capacity: 1400 g
Ensure that the blender jug is safely locked; –
then t the drive sha and kneading tool
inside the jug.
Put in the solid ingredients, replace and –
lock the lid, switch the appliance on and
add the liquid ingredients through the
feed tube while the motor is running.
Caution: replace the pestle in the tube.
Always start with the lowest setting when
using manual speed selection and slowly
increase as necessary.
A er its rst rising phase, leavened dough
must be kneaded by hand and cannot be
automatically kneaded a second time.
Note:
For around 1.3 kg of dough, ll the blender –
jug with a maximum of 800g our, 400 ml
water and 100 ml cream.
Chopping blade
e chopping blade is designed for stirring
cold liquids (e.g. soup), and for chopping
meat, onions, dried fruit etc. Cut the food
into cubes of about 2 cm rst. Maximum ll
capacity: 1000 g
Remove the protective cover from the –
blades. Ensure that the blender jug is safely
