e inspection window is helpful when
monitoring the frying process. To prevent
condensation from water vapour, a little oil
should be applied to the inside of the window.
Frying container
Fill level:
During the pre-heating phase, the oil
level must be between the minimum and
maximum level marks, which can be found
inside the frying container at the rear.
e maximum ll capacity of the container is
approx. 2.5 litres.
Types of oil/fat to be used:
Only pure vegetable oil/solidi ed fat should
be used in this deep fryer. It can be heated up
to 220° C and is neutral in taste.
Do not mix di erent kinds of oil/fat.
Oil:
We recommend the use of oil speci cally
intended for deep-frying, which may be
safely heated to high temperatures. Please
observe the maximum
mark.
Solidi ed fat:
Never melt solidi ed fat in an empty fryer.
However, solidi ed fat may be added straight
into the frying container, if it already contains
liquid fat up to the minimum level mark.
e fat should be cut into smaller pieces
rst and melted in a separate pot, ensuring
that it just reaches a liquid state but is not
over-heated: this is to avoid the danger of
burns when pouring the fat into the frying
container a erwards. Please observe the
maximum mark.
